城市应急物流救援物资运输优化方法研究

【摘要】:中国属于自然灾害发生非常频繁的国家,这是由我国的地理位置决定。自然灾害对我国的经济、百姓安危带来了巨大影响。当灾害发生时,做好灾后救援物资配送工作是降低灾后影响的关键。因此,政府部门需要研发出一套高效的应急物流配送系统。救援物资运输优化问题是实现高效应急物流配送系统的关键,时间满意度是救援物资运输优化最重要的目标;但在考虑时间满意度的同时还需要考虑成本限制等,因此救援物资运输优化问题属于典型的多目标组合优化问题。构建路网模型是解决车辆路径优化问题的前提。本文考虑城市交通的基本特点,提出了静态路网模型,该模型仅需要采集少量的车辆通行信息就可将车辆行驶过程中的各种时间损耗(红灯等待、转弯时间等)考虑在内;在静态路网模型的基础上,综合考虑城市交通车流量动态变化的特殊性即不同时间段车流量不同,提出了基于时间段划分的动态路网模型。在所建路网模型的基础上,建立了应急物流救援物资多目标组合优化模型,该模型结合了自然灾害的特殊性,考虑了灾后道路条件、道路连接性、道路安全性、不同时间段同一道路车辆行驶速度不同的影响以及配送时间、配送安全性、配送成本满意度;并用改进的自适应遗传算法求解该模型。通过一案例,对多目标组合优化模型求解分析,用Matlab7.0软件仿真实验结果,验证算法的有效性;并对比标准遗传算法仿真结果,分析改进算法优越性。导航终端嵌入式软件设计。简述了Android系统结构框架、Android App开发环境搭建及Baidu Maps API Key的申请方法,为嵌入式软件开发做铺垫;详细讲解了基于Android的导航终端嵌入式地图软件各个功能模块的设计步骤。
[Abstract]:China is a country with frequent natural disasters, which is determined by its geographical position.Natural disasters have had a great impact on our economy and the safety of our people.When disaster occurs, it is the key to reduce the impact of disaster relief material distribution.Therefore, government departments need to develop a set of efficient emergency logistics distribution system.The optimization of the transportation of relief materials is the key to realize the efficient emergency logistics distribution system. Time satisfaction is the most important goal of the optimization of the transportation of relief materials. However, considering the time satisfaction, we also need to consider the cost constraints, etc.Therefore, the aid transportation optimization problem belongs to the typical multi-objective combinatorial optimization problem.Constructing the road network model is the premise to solve the problem of vehicle routing optimization.In this paper, considering the basic characteristics of urban traffic, a static road network model is proposed, which can take into account all kinds of time loss (red light waiting, turning time, etc.) in the course of vehicle driving only by collecting a small amount of traffic information.Based on the static road network model and considering the particularity of the dynamic change of urban traffic flow, that is, different traffic flow in different time periods, a dynamic road network model based on time division is proposed.The model is solved by the improved adaptive genetic algorithm (AGA), which has different effects on vehicle speed and distribution time, distribution security and distribution cost satisfaction of the same road vehicle in different time periods.Through a case, the multi-objective combinatorial optimization model is solved and the simulation results of Matlab7.0 software are used to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm, and the superiority of the improved algorithm is analyzed by comparing the simulation results of the standard genetic algorithm.Navigation terminal embedded software design.This paper briefly introduces the framework of Android system structure and the application method of Baidu Maps API Key, and explains in detail the design steps of each function module of the embedded map software of navigation terminal based on Android.
