慢城理念在小城镇总体规划中的应用研究

【摘要】：小城镇是城市和农村之间的关键纽带,小城镇的建设关系到我国城镇化的推进,然而现在的小城镇为追求经济增长,盲目向外扩张建城,试图以快速的工业化进程来带动小城镇的发展,但这严重破坏了当地的自然生态环境。另外,小城镇的规划布局逐渐受到大城市建设模式的影响,机械的功能分区改变了原有的城镇肌理,拆旧立新的建设模式使得小城镇建设同质化问题加重,这导致小城镇丧失特有的景观风貌,以千城一面的结局收场。新型城镇化指出小城镇建设的新方向,小城镇建设应保留当地特色风貌,留住青山绿水,发展记得住乡愁的城镇化。本文研究国外慢城运动,提出将慢城当做是一种新的城镇发展模式,其主旨是保留小城镇的原有风貌,促进具有地方特色的小城镇的建设。通过小城镇的慢城规划建设,逐步实现居民价值观的更新、本土文化的重塑、城镇环境质量的提升、城镇代谢节奏的调整和居民身体素质的提升。本文对国内外慢城发展经验进行总结分析,结合我国小城镇特有的浓厚历史氛围和城镇肌理,创新提出通过恢复里、坊、市空间,以慢游、慢生活、慢行、慢运动的手段,形成特色慢城布局,来留住小镇的记忆,解决我国小城镇建设问题。将绥滨县作为研究对象,以慢城理念为依据,指导小城镇的总体规划,通过慢游系统和慢行系统的设计,来实现慢城用地布局模式,为以后小城镇的规划提供依据,促进小城镇走可持续发展之路。
[Abstract]:Small towns are the key link between cities and rural areas. The construction of small towns is related to the promotion of urbanization in China. However, in order to pursue economic growth, small towns blindly expand and build cities out of the country.This paper attempts to promote the development of small towns with rapid industrialization process, but this seriously damages the local natural ecological environment.In addition, the planning and layout of small towns are gradually affected by the construction mode of big cities. The mechanical functional zoning has changed the original texture of towns, and the new construction mode of dismantling old buildings has aggravated the problem of homogenization of small towns' construction.This led to the loss of small towns unique landscape features, to the end of a thousand cities.The new urbanization points out the new direction of the small town construction. The small town construction should keep the local characteristic style, keep the green mountains and rivers, and develop the urbanization which remembers to live in homesickness.This paper studies the slow city movement in foreign countries, and puts forward that the slow city should be regarded as a new urban development model, the main purpose of which is to retain the original style and features of the small town and to promote the construction of the small town with local characteristics.Through the slow town planning and construction of small towns, we can gradually realize the renewal of residents' values, the remodeling of local culture, the improvement of urban environmental quality, the adjustment of urban metabolic rhythm and the improvement of residents' physical quality.This paper summarizes and analyzes the experience of slow city development at home and abroad, combines the strong historical atmosphere and town texture of small towns in China, and innovates the means of slowly swimming, slow living, slow walking and slow movement through restoring the space of the city, the square and the city.Forms the characteristic slow city layout, to retain the small town memory, solves our country small town construction question.Taking Suibin County as the research object, based on the concept of slow city, guiding the overall planning of small towns, and through the design of slow tour system and slow travel system, to realize the layout mode of slow city land use, and to provide the basis for the planning of small towns in the future.Promote small towns to take the road of sustainable development.
