公路附属构造物滑模施工技术研究

【摘要】:公路附属构造物(防护栏、排水沟、路缘石等)位于公路、桥梁的两侧,起到安全、排水、美化等作用,是现代公路不可或缺的一部分,但滑模摊铺出的构造物存在线型扭曲、麻面及表面沟槽,寒冷地区甚至出现盐冻破坏。为改善构造物的整体质量,以Wirtgen SP250滑模摊铺机为研究对象,主要从以下几个方面进行研究:(1)基于公路线型特征,建立基准挂线的数学模型,推导出直线段、弯道段基准线的允许桩距范围,并分析滑模摊铺对摊铺机及传感器的要求。考虑到基准挂线耗时耗力、精度低,本文探究了非基准线式3D控制系统作用原理及滑模施工控制流程。(2)通过室内试验来模拟摊铺机侧置料斗内混凝土振动液化特性,分析单根振捣棒作用下混凝土振动粘度系数的变化规律,根据振动粘度系数分布规律,分析三根振捣棒作用下料斗内出料口竖直面内加速度分布规律,通过调整振捣棒的位置及倾角,保证振动粘度系数在合理范围,也确保混凝土充分振动液化,避免滑模出现麻面及溜肩。(3)建立混凝土拌合站、运输车、摊铺机、皮带输料机间的理论匹配关系,定量分析每天施工出现的沟槽数量,通过合理匹配避免表面沟槽出现。针对意外停机而出现的表面沟槽,设计液压卸载控制系统和机械控制系统来控制滑模模具附着在混凝土上的重量,采用AMEsim软件对液压控制系统进行仿真分析。针对构造物表面裂缝缺陷,分析其原因并给出预防措施。(4)分析严寒地区构造物盐冻破坏机理,根据原配合比重新设计并优化配合比,并对比分析表面涂强化剂和添加外加剂的混凝土的抗盐冻效果,可综合施工影响因素择优选择。对严寒地区环境要素进行详细分析,选择合理的施工期及施工时间。
[Abstract]:Highway subsidiary structures (fence, gutter, edge stone, etc.) are located on both sides of the highway and bridge. They play the role of safety, drainage, beautification, etc. They are an indispensable part of modern highway, but the structures spread out by sliding form have linear distortion.Hemp surface and surface grooves, even in cold areas salt freeze damage.In order to improve the overall quality of the structure, taking the Wirtgen SP250 sliding mode paver as the research object, this paper mainly studies the following aspects: 1) based on the characteristics of the highway line, the mathematical model of the datum trailing line is established, and the straight line segment is deduced.The allowable pile distance range of the base line of the bend section is analyzed, and the requirements of sliding form spreading for paver and sensor are analyzed.Considering the time consuming and low precision of the base line, this paper probes into the working principle of the non-base-line 3D control system and the control flow of sliding form construction. The vibration liquefaction characteristics of concrete in the side hopper of the paver are simulated through laboratory tests.The variation law of concrete vibration viscosity coefficient under the action of single vibrating rod is analyzed. According to the distribution law of vibration viscosity coefficient, the law of acceleration distribution in vertical plane of material outlet of hopper under the action of three vibratory ramming bars is analyzed.By adjusting the position and inclination of the vibratory rod to ensure that the vibration viscosity coefficient is within a reasonable range, and to ensure the full vibration liquefaction of the concrete, to avoid the appearance of the slide-form and the slip form, the concrete mixing station, the transport vehicle, the paver are set up.The hydraulic unloading control system and the mechanical control system are designed to control the weight of the sliding mould attached to concrete. The hydraulic control system is simulated by AMEsim software.According to the structure surface crack defect, the reason is analyzed and the preventive measures are given. (4) the mechanism of salt freezing damage of structure in cold area is analyzed. According to the new design of original proportion, the mix proportion is optimized.The environmental factors in severe cold area are analyzed in detail, and reasonable construction period and construction time are chosen.
