寒冷地区沥青路面疏水防冰抗滑技术研究

【摘要】:道路行车安全是当今全球各个国家普遍关注的最为主要的问题之一。冬季道路表面积雪结冰会对车辆行驶安全构成严重威胁,如果不能得及时有效清除道路表面冰层,不但会影响道路行车,并且会给人民生命财产带来重大损失。因此,研究经济、有效、无害的道路防结冰技术,保证道路的行车安全及抗滑性能,具有极其重要意义。本文在研究分析国内外已有路面防结冰技术及其优缺点基础上,提出了疏水防冰抗滑路面技术构想。论文采用基于疏水原理的抗凝冰方法,从影响冰雪-路面的粘附力影响因素分析,通过在室内试验、试验段实施、观测,研究出具有良好疏水防覆冰性能的沥青路面技术。本文根据浸润性理论,分析了疏水路面的构筑理论,通过在试验室内制备疏水抗凝冰乳化沥青,并对其疏水性、防覆冰性及相关路用性能进行深入分析,同时探讨疏水涂层抗凝冰效果的评价方法和指标,并对疏水乳化沥青与各类不同性质集料的粘附性进行分析与改善。进一步将疏水乳化沥青应用于微表处混合料中,形成具有疏水功能的封层,并对其界面适应性、耐久性及施工工艺等进行了分析与总结。通过试验研究,选择了与乳化沥青配伍性良好的疏水剂;借助接触角检测仪对影响疏水效果的疏水剂细度、掺量及掺入方法等因素进行研究分析,结果表明,疏水剂细度、掺入量及掺入方法等因素对疏水乳化沥青的疏水性能影响显著,但当细度、掺入量到达一定程度后,疏水性增幅逐渐减小;通过层间剪切试验及室内防覆冰试验表明,在推荐疏水乳化沥青0.3kg/m2洒布量下,疏水沥青路面能够降低路面与冰雪的粘结强度,使冰层更容易被破碎清除,粘附力降低达40%左右;疏水涂层会略微降低路面抗滑性,但仍满足规范要求;界面剂的掺入,能够显著改善乳化沥青与集料的粘附性,能够使疏水涂层及疏水封层更好地适应不同路面状况,且增强其耐久性;疏水防冰封层对于界面的适应性较强,能够适应较不利界面条件。疏水防冰封层表现出良好的路用性能与基材粘结性能优于普通微表处混合料;且经过磨耗后,疏水封层依然保持较好的疏水性。研究结果表明,由涂层或封层形成的疏水防冰抗滑沥青路面具有良好的疏水性、防覆冰性、耐久性以及抗渗透性等特点,有助于降低道路表面与冰层的粘结强度,从而使道路表面的冰雪更易于清除,无论在室内还是实体工程中,都表明该疏水防冰路面具有较好的疏水防覆冰效果。
[Abstract]:Road traffic safety is one of the most important problems in the world.Snow icing on the road surface in winter will pose a serious threat to the driving safety of the vehicle. If the ice layer on the road surface cannot be cleared in time and effectively, it will not only affect the road driving, but also bring great loss of life and property to the people.Therefore, it is of great significance to study the economical, effective and harmless anti-icing technology to ensure the road safety and anti-skid performance.Based on the research and analysis of the existing pavement anti-icing technology at home and abroad and its advantages and disadvantages, the technical conception of hydrophobic anti-ice anti-skid pavement is put forward in this paper.Based on the hydrophobic principle of anticoagulant ice, the paper analyzes the influencing factors of the adhesion between ice and snow pavement, and studies the asphalt pavement technology with good hydrophobic anti-icing performance through indoor test and test section.Based on the theory of wettability, the construction theory of hydrophobic pavement is analyzed in this paper. The hydrophobic anticoagulant ice emulsified asphalt is prepared in the laboratory, and its hydrophobicity, anti-icing property and related road performance are deeply analyzed.At the same time, the evaluation method and index of anticoagulant ice effect of hydrophobic coating were discussed, and the adhesion of hydrophobic emulsified asphalt to various kinds of aggregates with different properties was analyzed and improved.Further, the hydrophobic emulsified asphalt was applied to the micro-surface mixture to form the sealing layer with hydrophobic function, and its interface adaptability, durability and construction technology were analyzed and summarized.The hydrophobic agent with good compatibility with emulsified asphalt was selected through the experimental study, and the hydrophobic fineness, the amount of the hydrophobic agent and the method of mixing were analyzed with the help of contact angle tester. The results showed that the fineness of the hydrophobic agent was obtained.The hydrophobicity of hydrophobic emulsified asphalt is affected by the factors such as mixing amount and mixing method, but the increase of hydrophobicity decreases gradually when the fineness and dosage reach a certain degree, and the results of interlaminar shear test and indoor anti-icing test show that the hydrophobicity of hydrophobic emulsified asphalt decreases gradually.Under the recommended amount of hydrophobic emulsified asphalt 0.3kg/m2 sprinkler, hydrophobic asphalt pavement can reduce the bond strength between pavement and ice, make the ice layer easier to be broken and clear, and reduce the adhesion force to about 40%, and the hydrophobic coating will slightly reduce the road surface skid resistance.The adhesion of emulsified asphalt to aggregate can be improved obviously, the hydrophobic coating and hydrophobic seal layer can adapt to different pavement conditions, and its durability can be enhanced.The hydrophobic ice seal layer is more adaptable to the interface and can adapt to the unfavorable interface conditions.The hydrophobic ice seal layer shows better road performance and better bonding performance than the ordinary micro-surfacing mixture, and after wear, the hydrophobic seal layer still keeps good hydrophobic.The results show that the hydrophobic anti-ice anti-skid asphalt pavement formed by coating or sealing layer has good hydrophobicity, ice resistance, durability and permeability resistance, which is helpful to reduce the bond strength between the road surface and the ice layer.Therefore, the ice and snow on the road surface can be cleared more easily, both in indoor and in the solid engineering, it shows that the hydrophobic anti-icing pavement has better hydrophobic anti-icing effect.
