砂卵石地层泥水盾构泥浆配制及渗透试验研究

【摘要】:研究目的:本文以北京地下直径线盾构隧道为工程背景,针对北京砂卵石地层大直径泥水盾构泥浆的配制及成膜问题,采用室内试验研究泥浆特性的影响因素,从泥浆渗流量、孔隙水压力、泥膜抗渗性及渗透距离方面对试验泥浆的作用效果进行分析和评价。研究结论:(1)泥浆添加剂宜采用聚丙烯酰胺、正电胶干粉和羧甲基纤维素钠的组合形式;(2)配制的红色改性钠膨润土泥浆,对开挖面的稳定和渣土运输方面的作用效果显著,但泥浆形成泥膜的时间并不明显;(3)华北油田Ⅲ型泥浆能够快速地封堵地层的孔隙,降低水的滤失,所形成的泥膜抗渗性较好,是北京砂卵石地层泥水盾构最理想的泥浆类型;(4)本研究结果可对类似的砂卵石地层泥水盾构工程施工提供一定的参考及借鉴。
[Abstract]:Research objective: taking Beijing underground diameter shield tunnel as the engineering background, aiming at the problem of mud preparation and film formation of large diameter mud shield machine in Beijing sand pebble formation, the influence factors of mud characteristics are studied by laboratory test, and the seepage flow rate of mud is studied.Pore water pressure, impermeability of mud membrane and permeation distance were analyzed and evaluated.Conclusion: the red modified sodium bentonite slurry prepared with polyacrylamide, positive gel dry powder and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is suitable for the slurry additive.
