多目标应急物流调度优化研究

【摘要】:应急物流是指发生突发应急事件时,对各类需求进行紧急配送的一种特殊物流活动。随着社会经济的发展,人们处理突发应急事件的方法发生变化,应急物流也有了新的特点。应急物流不仅要考虑如何减少配送成本还要保证配送的及时性,以降低突发应急事件带来的严重后果。应急车辆调度问题是应急物流优化的关键,因此多目标应急物流调度优化配置的研究具有重要实际意义。本文在国内外研究基础上,深入分析和研究了应急物流调度优化配置问题。主要的研究内容包括:(1)论述应急物流调度问题的背景和意义,分析应急物流中车辆调度的特有属性,构建应急物流调度优化配置平台,并对该系统平台的技术架构、工作流程和功能模块进行详细说明,实现对应急物流调度的信息、案例和模型的全方面管理。(2)提出基于AHP和NN的案例检索匹配方法。由于应急物流调度问题非常复杂,往往需要参考旧案例的解决方法,再根据实际情况制定合理的决策方案。本文基于这个问题提出了案例检索匹配方法,先采用AHP法求得案例属性权重,再通过语义距离求属性间相似度,然后采用NN求解问题案例与旧案例的综合相似度,最后通过试验表明该方法对案例检索匹配是有效的。(3)提出基于免疫蚁群多目标算法的应急车辆调度模型。根据应急情况下车辆调度的特点,建立以需求点满意度最大、配送成本最少以及配送时间最短为目标的车辆调度模型。最后,采用基于免疫蚁群的多目标算法对模型进行求解,通过实验表明该模型可以有效解决应急车辆调度问题,并将文中算法与多目标经典算法NSGA-Ⅱ进行实验对比,结果证明文中算法可以更加有效求得帕累托最优解集。(4)设计实现了面向食品配送的应急调度优化配置平台。该系统平台将本论文中的案例检索匹配方法和应急车辆调度模型算法应用到系统中,对百诚物流在杭州城区的实际配送点,进行应急调度实证分析,为企业解决食品的应急配送问题提供有力支持。
[Abstract]:Emergency logistics is a special logistics activity for emergency distribution of all kinds of needs.With the development of social economy, people's methods of dealing with emergencies have changed, and emergency logistics has new characteristics.Emergency logistics should not only consider how to reduce the cost of distribution, but also ensure the timeliness of distribution, in order to reduce the serious consequences of emergencies.Emergency vehicle scheduling is the key to the optimization of emergency logistics, so it is of great practical significance to study the optimal allocation of multi-objective emergency logistics.Based on the research at home and abroad, this paper deeply analyzes and studies the optimal allocation of emergency logistics scheduling.The main research contents include: (1) discussing the background and significance of the emergency logistics scheduling problem, analyzing the special attributes of vehicle scheduling in emergency logistics, constructing the optimal allocation platform of emergency logistics scheduling, and the technical framework of the system platform.The workflow and function module are explained in detail, and the case retrieval matching method based on AHP and NN is proposed to realize the full aspect management of information, case and model of emergency logistics scheduling.Because the problem of emergency logistics scheduling is very complex, it is often necessary to refer to the solution of the old cases, and then to make a reasonable decision plan according to the actual situation.Based on this problem, a case retrieval matching method is proposed in this paper. First, the case attribute weight is obtained by using AHP method, then the similarity between attributes is obtained by semantic distance, and then the comprehensive similarity between the problem case and the old case is solved by NN.Finally, experiments show that the method is effective for case search matching.) an emergency vehicle scheduling model based on immune ant colony multi-objective algorithm is proposed.According to the characteristics of vehicle scheduling in emergency situations, a vehicle scheduling model with the goals of maximum demand point satisfaction, minimum distribution cost and shortest delivery time is established.Finally, the multi-objective algorithm based on immune ant colony is used to solve the model. The experiments show that the model can effectively solve the emergency vehicle scheduling problem, and compare the algorithm with NSGA- 鈪,
