棉秸秆纤维改性沥青胶浆试验研究

【摘要】:采用棉秸秆纤维制备不同纤维掺量的沥青胶浆,以锥入度试验和动态剪切流变试验对其路用性能进行评价,并与木质素纤维沥青胶浆进行对比。结果表明,纤维的加入可以明显降低沥青胶浆的锥入度和温度敏感性,提高沥青胶浆的抗剪切强度、复数剪切模量及车辙因子。与木质素纤维相比,在15~50℃、纤维掺量1%~4%的情况下,棉秸秆纤维沥青胶浆锥入度平均减小7.0%,抗剪强度平均高出17.1%。在纤维用量同为2%的情况下,棉秸秆纤维胶浆的复数剪切模量高出32.2%,车辙因子高出31.9%。随着纤维掺量增加,纤维沥青胶浆的锥入度降低,抗剪强度增大,其中纤维掺量1%~3%之间变化明显。纤维在沥青中的最佳掺量为2%~3%。随温度升高,纤维沥青胶浆的锥入度增大,抗剪强度降低,其中15~25℃抗剪强度降低幅度较大。纤维的稳定增韧作用主要体现在高温区。
[Abstract]:Asphalt mortar with different fiber content was prepared from cotton straw fiber. The road performance was evaluated by cone penetration test and dynamic shear rheological test, and compared with that of lignin fiber asphalt mortar.The results show that the addition of fiber can obviously reduce the cone penetration and temperature sensitivity of asphalt mortar, and improve the shear strength, complex shear modulus and rutting factor of asphalt mortar.Compared with lignin fiber, under the condition of 1550 鈩,
