基于iS3平台的岩体隧道信息精细化采集、分析与服务

【摘要】:由于岩体工程的复杂性和隐蔽性,传统的建模和分析方法难以满足较高精度的要求。针对此问题,在基础设施智慧服务系统(i S3)平台框架内,将一系列岩体隧道工程中高精度采集与分析方法及技术进行了改进和高度集成,形成一套针对岩体隧道的精细化采集、分析与服务系统,并应用于工程实践。其中,在信息采集方面,采用三维数字照相与三维激光扫描技术,对岩体表面及节理面的几何信息进行高精度的采集与重构。在此基础上,自动化地生成岩体的数字模型,然后针对不同数值方法,使用三维网格剖分或块体切割技术,将数值分析所需要的数据,集成到依据工程信息自动生成的数字模型中,实现岩体隧道的数字数值一体化。在数值分析方面,采用基于三维非线性破坏准则的有限元连续分析模块,或者集成了三维关键块体分析与非连续变形分析(DDA)的非连续分析模块,可以针对不同的工程条件及需要,进行精细化的三维连续或非连续数值分析。将以上设备及软件模块,在i S3平台上从集成为高度一体化的系统,开发工程管理、信息展示、安全分析及辅助设计等功能,以精细化、定量化分析结果为依据,实现精细化和远程化的工程辅助决策与服务,并在多个岩体隧道工程中进行了应用。
[Abstract]:Because of the complexity of rock engineering and concealment, modeling and analysis methods of the traditional can not meet the high precision requirement. Among them, in the aspects of information collection, using three-dimensional digital photography and 3D laser scanning technology, acquisition and reconstruction of high precision geometric information on the surface and jointed rock surface. On this basis, automatic generation of digital model of rock mass then, according to the different numerical methods, using 3D mesh cutting technology or block, the numerical analysis of the data needed to automatically generate engineering information based on integrated digital In the model, numerical integration to achieve digital rock tunnel. In numerical analysis, based on three-dimensional finite element nonlinear failure criterion of continuous analysis module, or integrated 3D key block analysis and discontinuous deformation analysis (DDA) of the non continuous analysis module, can according to different engineering conditions and needs, or three-dimensional continuous numerical analysis of non continuous refinement. The equipment and software modules, the system is highly integrated into from the set in I S3 platform, the development of project management, information display, security analysis and computer-aided design and other functions, to fine, quantitative analysis based on the results, to achieve fine and remote engineering decision making and service, and used in a number of rock tunnel engineering.
