平行钢绞线索的精确量测分析

【摘要】:平行钢绞线索由于其构造与性能上的技术优势,是斜拉桥中经常采用的拉索形式之一。由多根钢绞线组成的斜拉索,其成索过程、索力分布与传统平行钢丝斜拉索相比具有特殊性,平行钢绞线斜拉索索力的精确量测,是亟待解决的问题。论文通过收集、分析和总结有关平行钢绞线索的研究资料,以实际工程为背景,通过理论分析、实桥索力监测等方法,对平行钢绞线索力精确量测的方法进行研究,主要内容有:(1)对斜拉索类型、特点、量测方法和量测理论应用现状进行综合探讨。工程实践表明,采用振动频率法量测索力是最便捷的方法。基于多根钢绞线拉索的构造特点,与传统振动法频率量测索力的理论前提存在差异,提出直接采用传统振动频率法在平行钢绞线拉索索力量测过程中存在的问题和不足。(2)研究了斜拉索线性振动理论,考虑斜拉索的抗弯刚度及垂度对拉索振动频率的影响关系,对频率法量测索力的理论计算方法进行综合分析,提出该方法应用于平行钢绞线索力的量测中导致索力量测结果误差的影响因素。(3)对影响平行钢绞线索力的参数进行识别,并对频率阶数判别的方法进行探讨,通过对平行钢绞线索特有的HDPE套筒的影响进行分析,提出在索力理论计算时关于考虑HDPE套筒质量的修正方法和频率阶数选取的建议。(4)结合平行钢绞线索的成索施工特点与索力影响性因素,通过对单根钢绞线张拉力控制的方法,对传统振动频率法斜拉索索力量测的理论计算公式进行修正,得出适用于平行钢绞线索力量测的修正计算公式。(5)将修正后的平行钢绞线索力计算公式,应用于依托工程中的索力量测,并对测试索力和计算索力进行对比分析,验证修正公式的正确性。
[Abstract]:Parallel strands are often used in cable-stayed bridges because of their technical advantages in construction and performance.In the process of cable formation, the cable force distribution is special compared with the traditional parallel steel wire cable, and the accurate measurement of the cable force of parallel steel wire cable is an urgent problem to be solved.Through collecting, analyzing and summarizing the research data of parallel steel strands, taking the actual engineering as the background, through theoretical analysis, real bridge cable force monitoring and other methods, the paper studies the method of accurate measurement of parallel steel strand cable force.The main contents are: (1) the types, characteristics, methods of measurement and the current situation of application of measurement theory are comprehensively discussed.Engineering practice shows that measuring cable force by vibration frequency method is the most convenient method.Based on the structural characteristics of many steel strands, there is a difference between the traditional vibration method and the theoretical premise of measuring cable force by frequency measurement.In this paper, the problems and shortcomings of the traditional vibration frequency method in measuring the strength of parallel steel strands are put forward. The linear vibration theory of stay cables is studied. The influence of bending stiffness and sag of cables on the vibration frequency of cables is considered.The theoretical calculation method of measuring cable force by frequency method is analyzed synthetically. It is put forward that this method is applied to the measurement of the cable force of parallel steel strand. The factors that influence the error of cable force measurement result are identified by using this method to identify the parameters that affect the cable force of parallel steel strand.The method of frequency order discrimination is discussed, and the influence of HDPE sleeve, which is characteristic of parallel steel strands, is analyzed.In the calculation of cable force theory, it is proposed to consider the modification method of HDPE sleeve quality and the selection of frequency order. 4) combining with the construction characteristics of parallel steel strands and the influencing factors of cable force, the method of controlling the tension of a single steel strand is put forward.The theoretical calculation formula of traditional vibration frequency method for cable-stayed cable force measurement is revised, and the modified formula for calculating the force of parallel steel strand cable is obtained, which is suitable for the force measurement of parallel steel strand cable. (5) the modified formula for calculating the cable force of parallel steel strand cable is obtained.It is applied to the cable force measurement in relying engineering, and the correctness of the revised formula is verified by comparing the test cable force with the calculated cable force.
