高速公路低碳交通评估及预控技术研究

【摘要】:随着我国高速公路里程的快速增长,车辆在高速公路行驶过程中大量的碳排放已成为低碳交通运营过程中一个不容忽视的问题。建立高速公路低碳交通评估模型,实现对高公路低碳交通水平进行综合评估,对于促进高速公路低碳交通的发展具有重要意义。通过对国内外高速公路低碳交通发展现状进行研究,首先,对高速公路运行车辆车速与碳排放、油耗之间的关系进行了探讨,分别从人、车、路、运营管理及环境等方面对行驶车辆碳排的影响进行了分析。其次,通过因素分析得出初始评估指标,利用因子分析法对初始评估指标进行筛选,建立具有较强实践性和针对性的高速公路低碳交通评估指标体系,并采用标度扩展法对各级指标进行量化处理,给出相应的权重分配值及各指标的测算方法与标准。在此基础上,应用专家评判的模糊综合评估方法,构建高速公路低碳交通水平评估模型,给出相应的计算方法,实现对高速公路低碳交通水平的评估。最后,对抚吉高速公路低碳交通系统进行了实例分析,证明了该评估模型的合理性及可行性。在提出高速公路低碳交通评估体系的基础上,针对高速公路道路线形、交通流及运输车辆低碳速度区间管理等方面进行低碳预控技术研究,以实现高速公路低碳交通运行模式及低碳运营管理方式,从而达到高速公路交通运输行业的低碳节能模式,促使高速公路交通运输能源利用效率得到有效提高。
[Abstract]:With the rapid increase of highway mileage in our country, a large amount of carbon emissions from vehicles in the process of highway driving has become a problem that can not be ignored in the operation of low-carbon traffic.It is of great significance to establish a low carbon traffic assessment model for freeway and to realize the comprehensive evaluation of the low carbon traffic level of high highway for promoting the development of low carbon traffic on highway.Based on the research on the development of low-carbon highway transportation at home and abroad, first of all, the relationship between vehicle speed, carbon emission and fuel consumption of expressway is discussed, respectively, from people, cars, roads,The influence of carbon emission on driving vehicle is analyzed in operation management and environment.Secondly, the initial evaluation index is obtained by factor analysis, and the initial evaluation index is screened by factor analysis method, and the evaluation index system of freeway low-carbon traffic is established with strong practicality and pertinence.The scalar extension method is used to quantify the indexes at all levels, and the corresponding weight distribution values and the calculation methods and standards of each index are given.On this basis, using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of expert evaluation, the evaluation model of highway low carbon traffic level is constructed, and the corresponding calculation method is given to realize the evaluation of highway low carbon traffic level.Finally, a case study on the low carbon transportation system of Fuji Expressway is carried out, which proves the rationality and feasibility of the evaluation model.On the basis of putting forward the evaluation system of freeway low-carbon traffic, the low carbon pre-control technology is studied in the aspects of highway alignment, traffic flow and low carbon speed interval management of transport vehicles.In order to realize the low carbon transportation operation mode and the low carbon operation and management mode of the expressway, so as to achieve the low carbon energy saving mode of the expressway transportation industry, and promote the expressway transportation energy utilization efficiency to be improved effectively.
