路堤填垫用碱渣拌合土物理力学性能试验研究

【摘要】:以碱渣与粉煤灰、元明粉混合制成路堤填垫用碱渣拌合土,通过多种物理与力学性能试验对比分析元明粉的影响与拌合土的工程特性。结果表明:碱渣与粉煤灰混合后不同龄期的界限含水率和颗粒分析结果证实了两者之间存在化学作用;元明粉与碱渣中的Ca(OH)_2和CaCl_2发生瞬时化学反应,生成NaOH和CaSO_4;粉煤灰受碱激发生成多种凝胶物质充填固体颗粒孔隙,提高土体结构胶结性;元明粉使碱渣拌合土的力学性能得到显著提高,且在掺量为0%~8%范围内,拌合土力学性能随着掺量增大呈现增大趋势;但拌合土抗冻性能差,建议加入少量水泥或NaOH活性剂来改善。
[Abstract]:The soil mixed with alkali slag, fly ash and powder for embankment filling was made. The influence of the powder and the engineering characteristics of the mixed soil were compared and analyzed through a variety of physical and mechanical performance tests. The results show that there is chemical action between alkali slag and fly ash at different ages and the results of particle analysis, and the instantaneous chemical reaction of Ca(OH)_2 and CaCl_2 in alkali slag and Yuan Ming powder, and the results of particle analysis in different ages after mixing alkali slag and fly ash confirm the existence of chemical action between them. The formation of NaOH and Caso _ 4; the formation of a variety of gel materials to fill solid particle pores and improve the structural cementation of soil by fly ash under alkali excitation; the mechanical properties of alkaline slag mixing soil are significantly improved by Yuan Ming powder, and within the range of 0% to 8%, The mechanical properties of mixed soil increased with the increase of content, but the frost resistance of mixed soil was poor, so it was suggested to add a small amount of cement or NaOH active agent to improve it.
