高瓦斯隧道施工安全风险控制研究

【摘要】:随着隧道工程设计与施工技术的发展,在交通基础设施建设中,越来越多的长大瓦斯隧道被修建。为了确保瓦斯隧道施工安全,对瓦斯隧道的施工安全风险控制进行研究具有非常重要的意义。本文以南充化工园区铁路专用线单碑石隧道为依托工程,通过研究国内外相关瓦斯隧道的灾害资料,阐述了隧道瓦斯的赋存、运移、主要风险与危害,以及非煤系地层瓦斯隧道瓦斯赋存的特点,并通过对风险管理相关理论研究,系统阐述了风险管理相关理论,以及风险识别、分析与评价、应对、监控的流程与方法,并运用风险管理方面的理论与方法,对非煤系瓦斯隧道在施工过程中的安全风险因素进行识别、评估并处理。本文对单碑石隧道施工过程中的安全风险进行识别,并采用调查打分法、模糊综合评估法等方法进行了分析与评价,制定了风险应对措施,另外,针对项目最高风险源瓦斯,制定了专项控制方案。(1)在瓦斯隧道施工中,瓦斯风险事故一旦发生,后果都比较严重,特别是非煤系地层瓦斯隧道,由于瓦斯出现的不确定性和随机性,风险通常更难以预见,施工风险也更大,更应予以重视。(2)由于非煤系地层瓦斯隧道安全风险影响因素较多,同时其具有随机性和不可预见性,因此采用模糊综合评价法对风险因素进行分析。(3)针对单碑石隧道的施工安全风险,制定了相应的风险应对措施,并针对项目最高风险瓦斯风险,从监测监控、超前地质预报、隧道通风、瓦斯防突方案等方面制定了专项方案予以控制。
[Abstract]:With the development of tunnel engineering design and construction technology, more and more gas tunnels are built in traffic infrastructure. In order to ensure the construction safety of gas tunnel, it is of great significance to study the construction safety risk control of gas tunnel. Based on the project of Nanchong Chemical Park Railway dedicated Line single Stone Tunnel, this paper discusses the occurrence, transportation, main risk and harm of gas in the tunnel by studying the disaster data of the gas tunnel at home and abroad. As well as the characteristics of gas occurrence in non-coal strata gas tunnel, and through the study of risk management theory, the related risk management theory, risk identification, analysis and evaluation, response, monitoring process and methods are systematically expounded. Using the theory and method of risk management, the paper identifies, evaluates and deals with the safety risk factors in the construction process of non-coal measure gas tunnel. In this paper, the safety risk in the construction process of the single stone tunnel is identified, and the investigation and scoring method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to analyze and evaluate, and the risk countermeasures are formulated. In addition, aiming at the highest risk source gas of the project, In the construction of gas tunnel, once the gas risk accident occurs, the consequences are serious, especially the gas tunnel in non-coal measure strata, because of the uncertainty and randomness of gas, the risk is usually more difficult to predict. The construction risk is also greater, and should be paid more attention to. (2) because there are many factors affecting the safety risk of gas tunnel in non-coal-bearing strata, at the same time, it has randomness and unpredictability. Therefore, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to analyze the risk factors. (3) aiming at the construction safety risk of the single stone tunnel, the corresponding risk countermeasures are formulated, and aiming at the highest risk gas risk of the project, the monitoring and monitoring are carried out, and the geological forecast ahead of time is made. Tunnel ventilation, gas outburst prevention and other aspects of the development of a special plan to control.
