唐港高速公路单基层路面段大修方案应用技术研究

【摘要】:本课题的研究是建立在交通组成调查、路面病害分析和轴载谱分析基础上的,在获得大量跟踪检测数据的情况下,深入分析了影响单基层路面段大修的各种因素,借助专家经验并通过ANSYS软件进行了力学分析,研究得出了符合唐港高速公路单基层路面段的大修结构形式。通过对唐港高速单基层路面段的病害特征进行调查,获得大量的跟踪检测资料,并对唐港高速公路交通组成及轴载谱进行分析,为唐港高速公路单基层路面段大修提供理论依据。根据对河北省唐港高速公路病害机理进行分析,并建立系统科学评价指标系统,进行使用状况等级划分,推荐唐港高速大修试验路方案。通过研究唐港高速公路单基层路面段既有路表弯沉与当量模量的关系,提出确定路面结构破坏程度与层位的科学方法。针对路面等级的不同,提出与之相适应的试验路大修方案,并建立相应的ANSYS分析模型,进行理论力学分析,结合专家经验制定出唐港高速公路三种试验路大修推荐结构方案。
[Abstract]:The research of this subject is based on traffic composition investigation, pavement disease analysis and axle load spectrum analysis. Under the condition of obtaining a large number of tracking and detecting data, the factors that affect the overhaul of single base pavement section are deeply analyzed. With the help of expert experience and mechanical analysis by ANSYS software, the overhauling structural form of single base pavement section of Tanggang Expressway is obtained. Through the investigation of the disease characteristics of the single base pavement section of Tanggang Expressway, a large amount of tracking and detecting data are obtained, and the traffic composition and axle load spectrum of the Tanggang Expressway are analyzed. It provides theoretical basis for overhaul of single base pavement section of Tanggang Expressway. Based on the analysis of the disease mechanism of Tanggang Expressway in Hebei Province, a systematic and scientific evaluation index system is established, the grade of use is divided, and the experimental road scheme of Tanggang Expressway overhaul is recommended. Based on the study of the relationship between the deflection of the existing pavement surface and the equivalent modulus of the single base pavement section of Tanggang Expressway, a scientific method for determining the damage degree and the stratum of the pavement structure is put forward. Aiming at the difference of pavement grade, this paper puts forward the plan of test road overhaul corresponding to it, establishes the corresponding ANSYS analysis model, carries out theoretical mechanics analysis, and formulates the recommended structure scheme of three kinds of test road overhaul for Tanggang Expressway combined with the experience of experts.
