大连外代集装箱班轮代理发展战略研究

【摘要】:近年来,由于全球航运需求持续疲软,船舶代理市场的服务体系和价格体系都受到了巨大的和前所未有的冲击,与此同时,随着我国逐步加大船舶代理业的开放力度,船代准入条件也愈宽松,大连外代的在口岸的垄断地位逐渐消失,集装箱班轮代理的业务量呈下滑的态势。被外运追上甚至赶超、越来越多的合资代理公司成立导致班轮部乃至公司面临愈加严峻的市场竞争局面。班轮代理业务发展放缓的态势严重制约了公司的整体发展,为此大连外轮代理公司有必要对集装箱班轮代理业的发展战略进行研究,以直面区域内激烈的竞争形势,提升班轮代理的竞争力,抢占市场份额,实现集装箱业务量和公司效益的快速发展。本文重点剖析大连外代集装箱班轮代理面临的内外部环境,运用SWOT分析方法对大连外代集装箱班轮代理的现状进行评价,探求内部优劣势和外部环境中存在的机会与威胁,在此基础上形成大连外代班轮代理的经营战略,运用相关模型对大连班轮代理市场的供需状况进行分析和预测,通过定量分析得出2015及2020年公司班轮代理的业务目标,提出要实现这一目标应采取立足核心业务、实施多元化经营的发展重点,最后围绕这两项发展重点提出具体实施措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, as the global shipping demand continues to weaken, the service system and price system of the shipping agency market have been greatly and unprecedentedly impacted. At the same time, with the gradual expansion of the opening up of the shipping agency industry in China, The more relaxed the entry conditions of the shipping generation, the monopoly status of Dalian outgeneration in the port gradually disappeared, and the business volume of the container liner agent declined. Being overtaken or overtaken by foreign shipping, more and more joint venture agency companies are established, which leads to more and more severe market competition for liner shipping department and even the company. The slowing down of liner agency business seriously restricts the overall development of the company. Therefore, it is necessary for Dalian Foreign Shipping Agency Company to study the development strategy of container liner agency industry in order to face up to the fierce competitive situation in the region. Enhance the competitiveness of liner agency, seize market share, realize the rapid development of container business and company benefit. This paper mainly analyzes the internal and external environment facing Dalian external container liner agent, evaluates the present situation of Dalian external container liner agent by using SWOT analysis method, and explores the internal advantages and disadvantages and the opportunities and threats existing in the external environment. On this basis, the management strategy of Dalian liner agency is formed, and the supply and demand situation of Dalian liner agency market is analyzed and forecasted by using relevant models, and the business objectives of liner agency in 2015 and 2020 are obtained by quantitative analysis. In order to realize this goal, we should take the development focus of diversified management based on the core business, and finally put forward the concrete implementation measures around these two development emphases.
