贵州高速公路乳化沥青冷再生混合料力学性能研究

【摘要】:截至2014年底,中国大陆高速公路的通车总里程达11.195万公里。早期建设的沥青结构路面大多已经进入到了维修或改建阶段,这必然会带来大量的沥青废料。乳化沥青冷再生技术能很好的解决这个问题,该技术可提高资源利用率,保护生态环境,具有重要的研究意义。本文依托贵州省交通运输厅科技项目“山区高速公路沥青路面冷再生技术体系的研究”。本项目依托工程是G60(贵州境,贵新段)K1730+000-K1826+000段沥青混凝土路面维修工程。依G60维修工程之利,对乳化沥青冷再生混合料的力学性能进行了研究。本文首先评价了RAP的级配组成和回收沥青老化程度等原材料的性质情况;针对乳化沥青和RAP之间的反应过程和混合料强度产生机理进行了研究;然后回顾总结了国内外的几种乳化沥青冷再生混合料设计方法,并在试件成型和最佳用水量的确定上采用了和规范中稍有不同的方法。在对再生混料力学性能的研究中,本文设计了五种不同RAP用量的混合料、三种不同水泥用量的混合料,研究了RAP用量、水泥用量、乳化沥青用量三个因素对劈裂强度、抗压强度、抗压回弹模量三个力学性能参数的影响。本文用正交设计法设计了一个三因素三水平的正交试验,利用SPSS中的方差分析法研究了RAP用量、乳化沥青用量、水泥用量以及三者之间的交互作用对劈裂强度的综合影响。研究表明三者之间的交互作用对劈裂强度的影响是不显著的。研究表明,乳化沥青冷再生混合料具有良好的结构承载力,配合比设计良好的再生混合料完全能满足路面基层或者下面层对力学性能的要求。
[Abstract]:By the end of 2014, the total mileage of the highway in China was 111 thousand and 950 kilometers. The asphalt structure of the early construction was mostly in the stage of maintenance or reconstruction. This will inevitably bring a lot of asphalt waste. The cold recycling technology of emulsified asphalt can solve this problem well. This technology can improve the utilization of resources and protect the students. This paper relies on the research on the cold recycling technology system of the asphalt pavement of the mountain expressway in Guizhou province. This project is based on the project is the K1730+000-K1826+000 section of the asphalt concrete pavement maintenance project in the G60 (Guizhou, Guixin section). In accordance with the benefit of the G60 maintenance project, the emulsified bitumen The mechanical properties of the cold recycled mixture are studied. First, the properties of the raw materials, such as the gradation composition of RAP and the aging degree of the recycled asphalt, are evaluated. The reaction process between the emulsified bitumen and the RAP and the mechanism of the strength of the mixture are studied. Then, the cold regeneration of several emulsified bitumen at home and abroad is reviewed. In the study of the mechanical properties of recycled mixture, five kinds of mixture with different RAP dosage and three kinds of cement mixture are designed in the study of the mechanical properties of recycled mixture. The amount of RAP, the amount of cement and the amount of emulsified bitumen are studied by three factors. The influence of element on splitting strength, compressive strength and compression modulus of resilience is three. In this paper, orthogonal design is used to design an orthogonal experiment with three factors and three levels. The synthetic shadow of splitting strength is studied by using the method of variance analysis in SPSS, the dosage of RAP, the amount of emulsified asphalt and the interaction between the cement and the interaction between the three. The study shows that the interaction between the three has no significant effect on the splitting strength. The study shows that the cold recycled mixture of the emulsified asphalt has a good structural bearing capacity, and the well designed recycled mixture can fully meet the requirements of the mechanical energy of the pavement base or the lower layer.
