基于摩尔-库仑准则的双护盾TBM掘进参数研究

【摘要】:研究目的:青岛地铁在国内首次将双护盾TBM应用于城市轨道交通工程,并取得成功,拓宽了双护盾TBM的应用领域。本文结合双护盾TBM在青岛地铁2号线的应用,基于Mohr-Coulomb准则,根据双护盾TBM正常掘进情况下的刀盘推力、撑靴撑力、围岩强度之间需要满足的力学协调性,针对不同围岩级别,对双护盾TBM施工中掘进参数及模式选择进行研究,从而为双护盾TBM选型及适应性分析提供依据。研究结论:(1)对于Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级围岩地层,刀盘推力可由撑靴提供,可采用双护盾掘进模式;(2)Ⅴ级围岩(软岩、强风化)条件下,撑靴撑力、围岩承载力及刀盘推力三者不能满足力学协调性,滚刀无法成功破岩,故无法实施双护盾模式施工,可采用单护盾掘进模式,由管片方式提供反力;(3)根据双护盾TBM正常掘进情况下的刀盘推力、撑靴撑力和围岩强度之间的力学协调性,得到不同围岩级别下相应的掘进参数;(4)该研究成果可为城市轨道交通工程TBM施工提供理论参考。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to apply double-shield TBM to urban rail transit engineering in Qingdao Metro for the first time in China. The application field of double-shield TBM has been widened. This paper combines the application of double shield TBM in Qingdao Metro Line 2, based on the Mohr-Coulomb criterion, according to the mechanical coordination between the thrust of cutter head, the supporting force of boot and the strength of surrounding rock under the condition of normal driving of TBM with double shield, aiming at different surrounding rock level. The selection of tunneling parameters and modes in the construction of double shield TBM is studied, which provides the basis for the selection of double shield TBM and the analysis of its adaptability.
