基于路网容量的城市区域用地模型研究

【摘要】:近几年国内城市交通拥堵问题越来越突出,导致交通拥堵的因素较多,本质都是交通需求不平衡。部分城市在解决城市交通拥堵时一味的注重道路建设而忽略其它因素,导致城市道路网格局不合理、交通分布不均衡,高峰期拥堵严重,同时也影响到城市土地的开发利用;另一方面随着城市土地开发强度增大,道路交通量也随之增加,若一个区域内容积率偏高,该区域内道路交通就会出现大面积拥堵。因此,有必要对交通与城市土地利用间关系做深入研究。论文首先探讨了研究的背景和意义;其次对城市土地利用现状进行研究,分析建筑容积率对交通的影响作用,指出土地利用需要与交通系统协调发展的必要性;然后从城市道路网特征入手,对道路网容量定义及其计算方法、道路网和土地利用间的制约关系进行了研究;论文所采用的模型将城市用地和交通影响因素相结合,以建筑容积率作为土地开发强度指标,利用Beckmann数学规划交通分配方法,优化交通阻抗函数,将方程组的解与道路剩余容量建立联系,同时限定城市土地吸引系数,建立基于周边道路容量、区域路网容量的土地使用模型,该模型不仅可以反应出区域道路网未来承载力还可以评价区域的土地利用强度;论文的最后辅以XN市一个新区作为案例对区域内土地利用情况进行评价。论文在分析土地利用、路网特征的基础上,利用路网容量、容积率等特征值来衡量交通与土地利用间的协调性,为改善城市规划上的不足提供了理论支撑,为解决交通拥堵问题、加强城市土地的有效利用、优化空间布局提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the problem of urban traffic congestion has become more and more prominent in China, which is caused by many factors, and the essence is the imbalance of traffic demand. Some cities blindly pay attention to road construction while ignoring other factors in solving urban traffic congestion, which leads to unreasonable pattern of urban road network, uneven traffic distribution, serious congestion during the peak period, and also affects the development and utilization of urban land. On the other hand, with the increase of urban land development intensity, the road traffic volume also increases. If the area volume ratio is on the high side, there will be a large area of traffic congestion in the area. Therefore, it is necessary to study the relationship between traffic and urban land use. Firstly, the paper discusses the background and significance of the study, secondly, studies the present situation of urban land use, analyzes the influence of building volume ratio on traffic, and points out the necessity of coordinated development of land use and traffic system. Then starting with the characteristics of urban road network, the definition and calculation method of road network capacity, the restriction relationship between road network and land use are studied, and the model used in this paper combines urban land use and traffic influencing factors. Taking the building volume ratio as the land development intensity index, using the Beckmann mathematical planning traffic assignment method, optimizing the traffic impedance function, establishing the relation between the solution of the equations and the residual capacity of the road, at the same time limiting the urban land attraction coefficient. A land use model based on the capacity of surrounding roads and regional road networks is established, which can not only reflect the future carrying capacity of regional road networks, but also evaluate the land use intensity of the regions. At the end of this paper, a new district of XN is used as a case to evaluate the land use in the area. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of land use and road network, the paper measures the coordination between traffic and land use by using network capacity, volume ratio and other characteristic values, which provides theoretical support for improving the deficiency of urban planning. In order to solve the problem of traffic congestion, strengthen the effective use of urban land, optimize the spatial layout to provide a reference.
