不同级配橡胶沥青混合料疲劳性能研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着我国道路交通量的迅速增长,汽车车体的总质量及其轴载量也越来越大,而车辆荷载对路面的破坏也日趋严重。就当前出现的破坏状况来看,大量新建的沥青路面都以水损坏、车辙以及反射裂缝的破坏形式出现,随之出现的疲劳破坏也是沥青路面主要破坏形式之一。而从世界范围内的研究与实践经验来看,橡胶沥青混合料路面具有良好的抗水损坏性、抗老化性、抗疲劳性、低温柔韧性以及高温稳定性等优点,在一定程度上能够有效减缓路面早期损坏问题的出现,并且橡胶沥青混合料使用了大量的废旧轮胎为橡胶沥青的原料,从而很好的解决了废旧轮胎回收利用问题。倘若对该环保材料进行合理的使用,将会对环境的保护及资源的节约起到极大的推动作用。因此,从道路原材料的性能着手来改善路面材料的抗疲劳性能,对橡胶沥青混合料进行疲劳性能研究,进而对延长橡胶沥青路面的使用寿命是具有重大意义的。首先,本文选取了目前最常用的三种级配即间断级配SMA-13型和密级配AC-13型以及半开级配Type B-10型的橡胶沥青混合料来作为研究对象分别对橡胶沥青、集料、填料、添加剂等原材料的性能进行合格性试验,并且采用目前最常用的小梁弯曲四点加载法对橡胶沥青混合料疲劳性能加以研究。通过查阅国内相关配合比设计规范和试验检测分析,选用质量指标合格的各种原材料,再运用马歇尔试验确定三种级配的最佳油石比,最终确定三种级配的配合比,消除前期不利因素对研究橡胶沥青混合料在抗疲劳性能方面的不利影响。其次,选定研究橡胶沥青混合料疲劳性能的试验方法和试验参数后进行试件的制作、成型以及加载试验,通过对这三种橡胶沥青混合料试件进行两种不同温度(20℃和15℃)条件下的常应变控制的四点加载法小梁弯曲疲劳试验,和对小梁弯曲疲劳试验得到的有效数据进行分析整理,建立一元线性疲劳回归方程来分析不同级配和不同试验温度等不同要素对橡胶沥青混合料疲劳性能及寿命的影响。结果表明:橡胶沥青混合料的疲劳性能与应变水平在双对数坐标系中表现良好的线性关系;在相同温度下间断级配的橡胶沥青混合料的疲劳性能明显好于半开级配和连续级配橡胶沥青混合料的疲劳性能;并且在常应变控制模式下,橡胶沥青混合料的疲劳寿命随温度的升高而延长。最后,本文介绍了几种研究沥青混合料疲劳破坏机理的方法,分析了沥青混合料疲劳损伤演化规律,并通过对几种研究材料损伤机理论方法的分析比较,最后得出了一种较科学的研究方法。然而本文从疲劳损伤角度对橡胶沥青混合料疲劳机理进行分析尚属探索阶段,还需要更深层次的研究。并且目前对橡胶沥青疲劳性能所进行的各项研究的试验条件都不全面,仅仅处于理论阶段,要应用到实际工程中有待进一步的深入研究。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid growth of road traffic volume in China, the total mass of vehicle body and its axle load are becoming more and more large, and the damage to the road surface caused by vehicle load is becoming more and more serious. As far as the current failure situation is concerned, a large number of new asphalt pavements appear in the form of water damage, rutting and reflection cracks, and the fatigue damage that follows is one of the main failure forms of asphalt pavement. From the worldwide research and practical experience, the rubber asphalt mixture pavement has the advantages of good water damage resistance, aging resistance, fatigue resistance, low temperature flexibility and high temperature stability, etc. To a certain extent, it can effectively slow down the appearance of early damage, and rubber asphalt mixture used a large number of waste tyres as rubber asphalt raw materials, thus a good solution to the problem of recycling waste tires. If the environmental protection material is used reasonably, it will greatly promote the environmental protection and the conservation of resources. Therefore, it is of great significance to improve the fatigue resistance of pavement materials from the performance of road raw materials, to study the fatigue performance of rubber asphalt mixture, and to extend the service life of rubber asphalt pavement. First of all, three kinds of rubber asphalt mixture, discontinuous gradation SMA-13 type, dense gradation AC-13 type and semi-open gradation Type B-10 type, are selected as the research objects, respectively, for rubber asphalt, aggregate and filler. The properties of raw materials such as additives were tested and the fatigue properties of rubber asphalt mixtures were studied by trabecular bending four-point loading method. By referring to the design specifications of the relevant mix ratio in China and the test and analysis, selecting all kinds of raw materials with qualified quality indexes, and then using Marshall test to determine the best oil-stone ratio of the three grades, finally determining the mix ratio of the three grades. To eliminate the early adverse factors on the study of rubber asphalt mixture in the fatigue performance. Secondly, after choosing the test method and test parameters to study the fatigue performance of rubber asphalt mixture, the test pieces are made, formed and loaded.
