橡胶粉-聚丙烯纤维复合改性微表处混合料技术性能研究

【摘要】:针对普通微表处混合料抗疲劳性能、低温抗裂、降噪环保差等问题,提出采用橡胶粉与聚丙烯纤维复配方案,并研究了橡胶粉等量替代矿粉条件下不同橡胶粉掺量对橡胶粉-纤维微表处混合料的施工性能、长期使用性能以及降噪效果的影响。基于以上研究本文推荐采用2.5‰聚丙烯纤维+3%~5%橡胶粉复合改性方案。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of anti-fatigue performance, low temperature crack resistance and poor environmental protection of common micro-surfacing mixture, a scheme of blending rubber powder with polypropylene fiber is put forward.
