某城市干线道路施工对下穿铁路桥梁的影响研究

【摘要】:随着铁路网和公路网的不断延伸,公路与铁路交叉工程日趋增多。在铁路与公路立交工程中,由于考虑铁路线路的重要性、相关工程施工的难易程度及工程建设的造价等因素,较多时候采用的立交形式为公路下穿铁路方式,但由于现阶段并没有相关的规范定量地指出施工期间,由于铁路邻近施工而影响铁路力学性能的指标,因此在相关工程时,难以准确地体现施工及运营是否对铁路正常运营带来安全隐患。本文以南大干线下穿贵广、京广、广珠存车场走行线三大铁路线路的立交工程为研究背景,分析了新建公路的建设及运营对既有线铁路沉降的控制要求,研究了公路下穿既有线铁路桥梁及既有线路基的过程,探讨了拟建公路对既有铁路桥梁的力学状态及拟建框架桥对铁路既有线顶进施工过程的力学状态。为今后高速公路下穿既有铁路工程提供了参考和借鉴。主要的研究工作和研究结论如下:(1)以南大干线路基段下穿既有线铁路桥梁为案例,采用三维有限元软件对施工全过程及公路运营阶段对铁路桥梁进行力学状态的分析,得出公路以路基下穿铁路桥的方式是可行的,满足铁路正常运营安全性与舒适性的要求。(2)以南大干线框架桥方式下穿既有既有铁路路基段的采用三维有限元软件对框架桥顶进施工全过程及框架桥运营阶段对铁路路基进行力学状态的分析,得出公路以框架桥的形式顶进下穿既有铁路路基的方式是可行的,满足铁路正常运营安全性与舒适性的要求。(3)根据相关研究数据,指出以框架桥形式顶进既有铁路路基的施工过程中,沉降位移相对较大,风险源也较大,因此在施工相关工程中,需做好基坑开挖、列车慢驶等专项措施及施工监控。
[Abstract]:With the continuous extension of railway network and highway network, highway and railway crossing projects are increasing day by day. In railway and highway interchange engineering, because of considering the importance of railway line, the degree of difficulty in construction and the cost of engineering construction, the overpass mode is used in many times. However, since there are no relevant specifications at this stage to quantitatively point out the indexes that affect the mechanical properties of the railway during the construction period due to the construction of the railway adjacent to the railway, so in the relevant projects, It is difficult to accurately reflect whether the construction and operation bring safety hidden trouble to the normal operation of railway. Based on the research background of the interchange project of three major railway lines, Gui Guang, Jingguang and Guangzhu, under the Nanda trunk line, the paper analyzes the control requirements of the new highway construction and operation to the settlement of the existing railway. This paper studies the process of underpass existing railway bridge and existing railway roadbed, discusses the mechanical state of the proposed highway to the existing railway bridge and the mechanical state of the proposed frame bridge to the railway existing railway jacking construction process. It provides a reference for the existing railway project under the expressway in the future. The main research work and conclusions are as follows: (1) taking the existing railway bridge under the subgrade section of Nanda trunk line as an example, the mechanical state of the railway bridge during the whole construction process and the highway operation stage is analyzed by using three-dimensional finite element software. It is concluded that it is feasible for the highway to cross the railway bridge under the roadbed. To meet the requirements of normal operation safety and comfort of railway.) the whole process of frame bridge jacking construction and the operation stage of frame bridge under the mode of Nanda trunk line frame bridge passing through the existing railway subgrade section with 3D finite element software are analyzed. Analysis of the mechanical state of railway subgrade, It is concluded that it is feasible for the highway to pass through the existing railway roadbed in the form of frame bridge, and meet the requirements of normal operation safety and comfort of the railway. It is pointed out that the settlement displacement is relatively large and the risk source is large during the construction of the existing railway roadbed by the frame bridge. Therefore, in the construction related projects, special measures such as excavation of foundation pit and slow running of train should be done well and construction monitoring should be done.
