斯特拉斯堡有轨电车规划与运营研究

【摘要】：介绍斯特拉斯堡有轨电车的建设背景,网络规划与布局的总体情况。斯特拉斯堡主要考虑交通规划与城市发展的融合、客流效益的提升、减少市中心区的过境交通量、有轨电车车辆的创新、与其他交通方式的协同、城市公共空间品质的提升等因素。分析斯特拉斯堡有轨电车差异化的运营计划、多渠道的票务组织、与其他多种交通方式的协同运营、积极为乘客考虑的人性化管理等方面的特点,最后归纳总结斯特拉斯堡有轨电车全方位一体化的规划与管理、高品质的运营组织服务的成功经验及其对我国有轨电车的启示。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the construction background, network planning and layout of Strasbourg tram. Strasbourg mainly considers the integration of traffic planning and urban development, the improvement of passenger flow efficiency, the reduction of transit traffic in downtown areas, the innovation of tram vehicles, and the synergy with other modes of transportation. The promotion of urban public space quality and other factors. This paper analyzes the characteristics of Strasbourg tram's differentiated operation plan, multi-channel ticketing organization, coordinated operation with other kinds of transportation modes, and humanized management which is actively considered for passengers, etc. Finally, the paper summarizes the successful experience of integrated planning and management of Strasbourg tram, high quality operation organization and service and its enlightenment to Chinese trams.
