木质素纤维与橡胶沥青复合改性高RAP掺量温拌再生混合料路用性能与耐久性研究

【摘要】:为了解决传统温再生混合料RAP掺量低、低温和水稳定性不满足工程要求的行业性难题,对不同类型纤维橡胶温拌再生混合料进行了常规路用性能试验、四点弯曲疲劳和加速加载试验(MMLS1/3),分析了胶粉掺量和木质素纤维对高RAP掺量Sasobit纤维橡胶温拌再生混合料路用性能和疲劳性能的改善效果,结果表明,掺加Sasobit温拌可使橡胶温拌再生混合料拌和温度可降低30℃~35℃,节能减排效果显著;通过掺加木质素纤维和橡胶沥青是改善高RAP掺量温再生沥青混合料高低温性能和抗疲劳耐久性能的有效技术途径;相对于SBS改性温再生混合料,纤维橡胶沥青温拌再生混合料具有较好的水稳定性、低温抗裂性和抗疲劳性能;纤维橡胶沥青温再生混合料疲劳寿命、自愈合性能均随着橡胶沥青中胶粉掺量增大呈先增大后减小的变化趋势,在14%胶粉掺量时疲劳寿命和自愈合性能出现峰值,纤维橡胶温再生混合料抗剪切疲劳次数为基质沥青和SBS温再生混合料的1.23~1.85倍、1.15~1.47倍。推荐用于纤维橡胶沥青温再生混合料适宜的木质素纤维掺量为0.35%,适宜的橡胶沥青胶粉掺量14%~16%。
