新疆农村公路路基断面形式及典型路面结构研究

【摘要】：新疆地区由于历史、地理位置环境以及经济发展水平等因素的限制,农村公路发展较为滞后。近年来,随着经济的发展和社会的进步,农村公路建设需求不断增长。然而,新疆地区独特的气候特点、地域、人口情况等综合环境,决定了农村公路技术标准不能完全照搬部颁标准。开展新疆农村公路路基断面形式与典型路面结构组合的相关研究,根据实际情况选择合理的道路结构形式,对新疆农村公路建设有着重要意义。本文全面调查了现阶段南北疆地区代表性公路的道路结构及运营状况,指明了当前新疆农村公路建设发展存在的主要问题,提出了适用于新疆地区明确合理的农村公路路基断面形式及路面结构组合参考标准,有效规范了新疆地区农村公路建设的无序状况,为新农村建设提供了坚实的保障。主要研究内容如下:(1)筛选出具备代表性的新疆地区不同类型农村公路进行了现场调研,全面调查分析了代表性农村公路的路基断面形式、路面结构组合、交通流特点、使用状况、服务水平等,指明了新疆地区农村公路存在的主要问题,遴选出了符合新疆农村公路特点的路基断面形式和典型路面结构组合。(2)分析了典型农村公路路基断面形式的应用现状,明确了新疆地区交通流的主要组成,并对新疆地区农村公路进行了合理的等级划分,以道路横断面设计为基础,提出了针对不同等级农村公路的路基断面形式设计参考标准。(3)分析了新疆地区典型道路面层结构组合的应用现状,提出了针对新疆地域特点的面层结构组合设计要点,确定了面层结构设计指标及标准,建立了适用于新疆农村公路的沥青路面典型面层结构组合参考型式及设计参数,基于调查结果计算确定了不同等级农村道路的造价成本。
[Abstract]:Due to the limitation of history, geographical environment and economic development level, the development of rural highway in Xinjiang is lagging behind. In recent years, with the development of economy and social progress, the demand for rural highway construction is increasing. However, the unique climate, geographical and population conditions in Xinjiang determine that the technical standards of rural highways can not be completely copied by the Ministry. It is of great significance for the construction of rural highway in Xinjiang to carry out the research on the combination of subgrade cross-section and typical pavement structure of rural highway in Xinjiang and select a reasonable road structure form according to the actual situation. This paper comprehensively investigates the road structure and operation status of the representative highways in the north and south Xinjiang area, and points out the main problems existing in the development of the rural highway construction in Xinjiang at present. The paper puts forward a clear and reasonable reference standard of road subgrade cross-section and pavement structure combination suitable for Xinjiang area, effectively standardizes the disorder situation of rural highway construction in Xinjiang area, and provides a solid guarantee for the new rural construction. The main research contents are as follows: (1) the representative rural highways in Xinjiang have been selected and investigated on the spot, and the subgrade cross-section form, pavement structure combination and traffic flow characteristics of representative rural highways have been comprehensively investigated and analyzed. The use status, service level, etc., have pointed out the main problems existing in the rural highways in Xinjiang, This paper selects the subgrade section form and typical pavement structure combination according to the characteristics of Xinjiang rural highway, analyzes the application status of typical rural highway roadbed section form, and clarifies the main composition of traffic flow in Xinjiang area. In addition, a reasonable classification of rural highways in Xinjiang is carried out, which is based on the cross-sectional design of roads. This paper puts forward the reference standard for the design of subgrade cross-section form of different grade rural highways. It analyzes the application status of typical road surface structure combination in Xinjiang area, and puts forward the key points for the design of surface structure combination in view of the regional characteristics of Xinjiang. The design index and standard of surface structure are determined, and the reference types and design parameters of typical asphalt pavement surface structure suitable for Xinjiang rural highway are established, and the cost of rural roads of different grades is determined based on the results of investigation.
