CLT板工作性能与应用研究

【摘要】:随着城市化建设不断发展,人们对桥梁要求也越来越高,在满足方便、美观和安全的前提下,同时也越来越关注桥梁对环境的影响。现代木结构在满足桥梁基本使用功能的同时,在环保性方面具有明显的优势。本文介绍了CLT板材料及结构特性和CLT板设计方法,并以CLT板为研究对象,研究了其工作性能及应用。具体研究内容如下:(1)通过对CLT板力学性能的研究,得出CLT板采用交错叠合技术,其特殊的结构形式,减小了木材各向异性对结构受力性能的影响,使板的整体性能提高,并且可以减小材料缺陷对板性能的影响。(2)对国外CLT板设计方法作了归纳总结。得出结论:国外对CLT板的设计方法的研究已相对成熟,这为后期CLT板在国内桥梁中的应用作理论基础。(3)针对木结构认识误区,探讨了CLT板在随着木材加工技术的进步,在其工作性能方面相应的提高。并以国外一座旧桥桥面板替换修复为工程实例,对CLT板进行环保性能的分析,分析表明CLT板在固碳和节约水资源方面具有明显的优势。(4)结合桥梁美学理论,介绍了国内外木结构桥梁的应用。基于以上对CLT板力学性能及工作性能研究,以某地区一人行桥为分析对象。分析结果表明CLT桥梁不仅在美观性满足城市桥梁的要求,而且在功能使用和环保性方面有良好的表现。将CLT应用于城市桥梁中具有广阔前景。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization, the demand for bridges is becoming higher and higher. On the premise of convenience, beauty and safety, more and more attention is paid to the impact of bridges on the environment. Modern wood structure has obvious advantages in environmental protection while meeting the basic function of bridge. In this paper, the material and structure characteristics of CLT board and the design method of CLT board are introduced. The working performance and application of CLT board are studied. The specific research contents are as follows: (1) by studying the mechanical properties of CLT plate, it is concluded that the special structure form of CLT plate is staggered superimposed, which reduces the influence of wood anisotropy on the mechanical properties of the structure and improves the overall performance of the board. And can reduce the influence of material defects on the properties of the plate. 2) the foreign CLT board design methods are summarized and summarized. It is concluded that the research on the design method of CLT board in foreign countries has been relatively mature, which is the theoretical basis for the application of CLT board in domestic bridges in the later stage. (3) in view of the misunderstanding of wood structure, the paper probes into the development of CLT board with the progress of wood processing technology. The corresponding improvement in its working performance. Taking the replacement and restoration of the bridge deck of an old bridge abroad as an engineering example, the environmental protection performance of the CLT plate is analyzed. The analysis shows that the CLT plate has obvious advantages in carbon sequestration and water resources saving. (4) combined with the bridge aesthetics theory, the CLT plate has obvious advantages in carbon sequestration and water resources saving. The application of wooden bridge at home and abroad is introduced. Based on the above research on the mechanical properties and working performance of CLT plate, a pedestrian bridge in a certain area is taken as an analysis object. The results show that CLT bridges not only meet the needs of urban bridges but also have a good performance in functional use and environmental protection. The application of CLT in urban bridges has a broad prospect.
