不同温拌剂对胶粉改性沥青性能的影响研究

【摘要】:该文通过对EWMA-1温拌剂、水性温拌剂(天津市政工程研究院研发)、EC120、Aspha-min共4种国内外温拌剂进行试验,研究其对胶粉改性沥青的降黏效果及常规性能的影响。对70#镇海基质沥青和胶粉改性沥青(19%胶粉)进行针入度、软化点、延度、黏度和老化试验,对4种温拌剂的黏度-温度曲线进行研究。试验结果表明:4种温拌剂在一定程度上均能提高胶粉改性沥青的软化点,降低黏度与针入度,虽然5℃延度有所下降,但仍满足规范要求;水性温拌剂与Aspha-min温拌剂可以提高胶粉改性沥青的抗老化能力;分析黏度-温度曲线可知:EC120温拌剂与Aspha-min温拌剂对胶粉改性沥青的降黏程度大于其他两种温拌剂,且降黏幅度在50%以上。
[Abstract]:In this paper, four domestic and international warm mix agents, EWMA-1 warm mix agent and waterborne warm mix agent (R & D of EC120 Aspha-min), were studied to study the effects on viscosity reduction and conventional properties of asphalt modified by rubber powder. The penetration, softening point, ductility, viscosity and aging test of 70# Zhenhai base asphalt and rubber powder modified asphalt (19% rubber powder) were studied. The viscosis-temperature curves of four kinds of warm mix agents were studied. The test results show that the softened point of asphalt modified by rubber powder can be improved and the viscosity and penetration of asphalt can be reduced by the four kinds of warm mixing agents.
