基于施工监控量测技术的公路隧道围岩稳定性研究

【摘要】:随着新奥法施工技术的广泛应用,围岩的变形越来越受到人们的关注。目前,在隧道施工过程中,主要是采用监控量测的方法获取围岩的变形。通过所测的数据评价围岩变形的稳定性并对隧道塌方进行预警。本文基于四川境内大量的双车道公路隧道监控量测数据,对围岩稳定性及塌方预警做了以下研究。主要研究成果如下:(1)通过搜集四川境内双车道公路隧道施工监控量测数据,得到围岩的变形数据。通过回归分析和数理统计的方法对数据进行分析,得到围岩变形随时间的变化规律和变形稳定值的范围。(2)通过围岩变形数据进行反分析计算围岩的力学参数。采用FLAC3D对隧道开挖进行三维数值模拟计算,分析在不同的围岩级别及不同埋深情况下围岩变形全位移以及围岩变形的释放率。(3)采用突变理论与数值计算相结合的方法,分析不同的围岩级别在不同埋深情况下节点变形控制值和隧道断面面积变化控制值并建立围岩塌方三级预警体系。
[Abstract]:With the wide application of the new Austrian construction technology, people pay more and more attention to the deformation of surrounding rock. At present, in the process of tunnel construction, the method of monitoring and measuring is mainly used to obtain the deformation of surrounding rock. The stability of surrounding rock deformation is evaluated by the measured data and the tunnel collapse is forewarned. Based on a large number of monitoring data of two-lane highway tunnel in Sichuan Province, the stability of surrounding rock and early warning of collapse are studied in this paper. The main research results are as follows: (1) the deformation data of surrounding rock are obtained by collecting the monitoring data of the construction of two-lane highway tunnel in Sichuan Province. By means of regression analysis and mathematical statistics, the variation law of surrounding rock deformation with time and the range of deformation stability value are obtained.) the mechanical parameters of surrounding rock are calculated by back analysis of surrounding rock deformation data. The three-dimensional numerical simulation of tunnel excavation is carried out by using FLAC3D, and the total displacement of surrounding rock deformation and the release rate of surrounding rock deformation under different surrounding rock levels and different burial depths are analyzed. The catastrophe theory is combined with numerical calculation method to analyze the total displacement of surrounding rock deformation and the release rate of surrounding rock deformation. This paper analyzes the control value of node deformation and the change of tunnel cross-section area in different surrounding rock classes under different burying depth and establishes the three-level early warning system of surrounding rock collapse.
