深基坑开挖对紧邻地铁隧道的影响分析

【摘要】:随着我国经济发展和城市化建设的推进,大量深基坑项目涌现,甚至一些超高层建设处于成熟的市区商业金融中心。这种情况下,对深基坑支护的要求并不仅仅停留在原先比较单一的形式,当周边复杂的环境和有限的场地条件不允许采用放坡开挖时,对支护方式选择提出了非常苛刻的标准。而周边的既有建筑更是对深基坑实际开挖和支护增加大量额外的难题。所以在深基坑工程中,既要保证既有建筑不受基坑开挖影响,又要保障基坑本身的质量、安全和进度。既有建筑使得基坑的在地下水和侧向土压力问题上出现很多安全隐患,对施工工艺和实际可操作性也会有较大的影响。合理、科学、可行的支护方式是确保深基坑的安全和质量的前提。故如何因地制宜的选择支护方式对深基坑工程而言是一个最重要的课题。本文在广泛搜集和查阅文献资料基础上,对深基坑工程支护方式存在的问题、研究意义、国内外研究现状以及发展趋势进行分析,并结合实际工程案例深圳市达实智能大厦改扩建项目,以紧邻地铁区间隧道和既有建筑为背景,综合工程地质条件、周边的环境、基坑设计对深基坑支护进行研究分析。本文所做的主要工作如下:介绍深基坑常见支护方式、特点及适用类型;根据工程地质条件与现场实际条件,研究分析达实智能大厦改扩建项目基坑支护方式,对其合理性、可行性、技术性论证,分析整合基坑监测单位反馈数据;利用有限差分软件MIDAS对紧邻轨道交通1号线区间隧道的基坑进行了三维模拟,研究基坑的受力特性和变形规律,并与实际监测数据进行比较。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and urbanization in China, a large number of deep foundation pit projects have emerged, and even some super-high-rise construction is in the mature urban commercial and financial center. In this case, the requirement of deep foundation pit support is not only in the original relatively single form, when the surrounding complex environment and limited site conditions do not allow the use of slope excavation, a very harsh standard for the choice of supporting mode is put forward. The surrounding existing buildings add a lot of additional problems to the actual excavation and support of deep foundation pit. Therefore, in the deep foundation pit engineering, it is necessary to ensure that both buildings are not affected by the excavation, and the quality, safety and schedule of the foundation pit itself must be guaranteed. Existing buildings make the foundation pit in the groundwater and lateral earth pressure problems appear a lot of hidden dangers, and will also have a greater impact on the construction technology and practical maneuverability. Reasonable, scientific and feasible supporting method is the premise to ensure the safety and quality of deep foundation pit. Therefore, how to choose the supporting method according to local conditions is the most important subject for deep foundation pit engineering. Based on the extensive collection and reference of literature, this paper analyzes the existing problems, research significance, domestic and foreign research status and development trend of deep foundation pit engineering support. Combined with actual engineering cases, the reconstruction and extension project of Dashi Intelligent Building in Shenzhen City is studied and analyzed on the background of adjacent subway tunnel and existing building, comprehensive engineering geological conditions, surrounding environment, foundation pit design and support for deep foundation pit. The main work of this paper is as follows: introduce the common supporting methods, characteristics and applicable types of deep foundation pit, according to the engineering geological conditions and field actual conditions, study and analyze the supporting method of foundation pit in the extension project of Dashi Intelligent Building, and make it reasonable. Feasibility, technical demonstration, analysis and integration of the feedback data of foundation pit monitoring unit, 3D simulation of the foundation pit adjacent to the tunnel of line 1 of rail transit is carried out by using finite difference software MIDAS, and the stress characteristics and deformation law of the foundation pit are studied. And compared with the actual monitoring data.
