装配式箱梁桥整体化层合理厚度分析

【摘要】:装配式箱梁桥以其优越的施工工艺、使用性能、适用条件及良好的受力性能在当今交通建设中发挥着越来越大的功效,并且被大量的投入生产与使用。但是桥梁在服役过程中却频繁发生各种各样有关桥面铺装方面的病害,人们往往对桥面铺装及发生的病害问题不够重视,但是越来越多的桥面铺装病害及破坏迫使人们不得不重视桥面铺装这个常被人忽略的“三角地带”。论文在阐述了现行情况下的桥面铺装的病害及对其进行加固的原理之后,特别对整体化层这种特殊的桥面铺装进行了深层次的研究。主要对整体化层对箱梁结构的受力方面的影响及最佳合理厚度方面进行分析计算,主要内容包括:(1)计算并分析整体化层对装配式箱梁桥在横向传力方面的影响。整体化层可以有效提高装配式箱梁桥横向传力的性能,使得各主梁的受力更加趋于平衡,提高了装配式箱梁桥的空间整体性,桥梁的适用性、耐久性也随之提高。(2)计算并分析整体化层对单片主梁在受力方面的影响。利用有限元分析软件进行建模分析,主要进行了在考虑荷载横向分布系数之后的单梁截面应力、预应力钢筋应力以及承载能力方面的分析计算。(3)基于目前所适用的桥梁结构可靠度理论及极限承载能力计算方法,采用本文确定整体化层厚度的控制指标——结构抗力储备量,确定适合本文依托工程的整体化层最佳合理厚度。通过论文对整体化层与装配式箱梁桥共同受力的机理的研究得出的一些结论,可以对其他装配式梁桥以及桥面铺装的维修与加固方面提供一些有用的参考价值。
[Abstract]:The prefabricated box girder bridge is playing a more and more important role in traffic construction with its superior construction technology, application performance, applicable condition and good mechanical performance, and has been put into production and use in a large number. However, many kinds of bridge deck pavement diseases occur frequently in the course of service. People often pay less attention to the bridge deck pavement and the disease problem. However, more and more bridge deck pavement diseases and damage force people to pay attention to bridge deck pavement, which is often neglected "triangle zone". After explaining the disease of bridge deck pavement and the principle of strengthening it, the paper makes a deep research on the special bridge deck pavement. This paper analyzes and calculates the influence of the whole layer on the stress of the box girder structure and the optimum and reasonable thickness. The main contents include the calculation of the integral layer and the analysis of the influence of the whole layer on the transverse transmission force of the prefabricated box girder bridge. The integrated layer can effectively improve the transversal force transfer performance of prefabricated box girder bridge, make the force of the main girder more balanced, improve the spatial integrity of the prefabricated box girder bridge, and improve the applicability of the bridge. The durability of the single beam is also improved. (2) the influence of the whole layer on the stress of the single beam is calculated and analyzed. Using the finite element analysis software to model and analyze, the stress of single beam section after considering the transverse distribution coefficient of load is mainly carried out. Based on the theory of reliability of bridge structure and the calculation method of ultimate bearing capacity, this paper uses this paper to determine the control index of the thickness of the whole layer-the amount of structural resistance reserve, based on the theory of reliability of bridge structure and the calculation method of ultimate bearing capacity, which is applied to the analysis of stress and bearing capacity of prestressed steel bar. Determine the optimum and reasonable thickness of the integrated layer which is suitable for this project. Some conclusions obtained from the study of the mechanism of the joint force between the whole story and the assembled box girder bridge can provide some useful reference value for the maintenance and reinforcement of other fabricated girder bridges and deck surfacing.
