城市公共自行车辅助还车装置和布点策略研究

【摘要】：公共自行车作为城市居民出行的主要短距离交通工具,其便利性和快捷性被越来越多的城市认可,因此在我国掀起了引进公共自行车服务系统的热潮。但是经过近10年的运营和发展,其弊端也逐步显现,比如公益性和营利性之间的矛盾,高峰期借车难和还车难的问题。本文首先对公共自行车的发展和现状进行了分析,主要包括公共自行车的发展历程和在我国的发展现状、公共自行车的运营模式及国内学者的主要研究成果。其次,在对门禁系统中的门禁控制器进行分析的基础上,设计了一种辅助还车装置,用来解决还车难的问题。本文还对公共自行车布设方式和预测方法进行深入研究,通过对租赁点的借还车数据收集和调查,运用圆分布法得到调查站点的借还车高峰时间段,并计算了该站点的停车周转率、站点的还车需求量,用来对未来一年内该站点还车需求量进行预测。最后,对太原市公共自行车出行特征进行调查和分析,提出了辅助还车装置布设的原则和基本方法。并结合实际租赁点,对该租赁点进行借还数据的调查和分析,计算出该站点的高峰还车时间段,并对该站点在未来一段时间的还车需求量进行预测,得出该站点需要布设辅助还车装置的数量。
[Abstract]:As the main short distance transportation for urban residents, the convenience and rapidity of public bicycle is recognized by more and more cities, so it has set off the upsurge of introducing public bicycle service system in our country. However, after nearly 10 years of operation and development, its drawbacks also gradually appear, such as the contradiction between public welfare and profitability, the problem of hard to borrow and return cars in rush hour. Firstly, this paper analyzes the development and present situation of public bicycle, including the development course of public bicycle and the present situation of development in our country, the operation mode of public bicycle and the main research results of domestic scholars. Secondly, based on the analysis of the door guard controller in the access control system, an auxiliary return device is designed to solve the problem of returning the vehicle. This paper also carries on the thorough research to the public bicycle layout way and the forecast method, through the data collection and the investigation to the rental point, obtains the survey station's loan-return peak period by using the circular distribution method. The parking turnover rate and the return demand of the station are calculated, which are used to predict the demand of the station in the coming year. Finally, the characteristics of public bicycle trip in Taiyuan are investigated and analyzed, and the principle and basic method of setting auxiliary return device are put forward. Combined with the actual lease point, the data of the lease point is investigated and analyzed, the peak time period of the station is calculated, and the demand for returning the car in the future is forecasted. Get the number of auxiliary return devices that need to be installed at the site.
