别墅半地下车库前穿越式智能车库的设计与研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济的飞速发展和城市化水平的不断加快,城市的汽车保有量在飞速的增长,城市停车难的问题成为大家日常讨论的话题和面对的难题,解决这些难题的有效措施——立体车库,立体车库可以充分利用土地资源发挥它的空间优势;可以实现自动化操作,使用方便;并且可以因地制宜,根据所需的地理环境以及用户要求设计立体车库,配以美观的外形,美化城市环境。本文叙述了立体车库的国内外发展现状,阐述了本课题的研究背景和意义,通过阅读大量文献从而较深入的了解立体车库技术,开发了一单层电驱动的别墅半地下车库前穿越式智能车库。本文通过确定车库所需的基本参数完成了对别墅半地下车库前穿越式智能车库的三维建模设计、机构的受力分析以及主要零部件的校核;为了进一步确保智能车库的安全性以及稳定性,本文又对车库的载车平台和剪叉架进行了ANSYS有限元仿真分析,结果显示其结构强度满足设计要求;利用C#语言对SolidWorks三维设计软件进行二次开发,实现了剪叉架的参数化设计;为了实现对智能车库的人机交互控制,本文利用一款语音芯片开发版,开发了一款升降控制板,作为升降系统的控制中心。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy and the acceleration of the urbanization level, the number of cars in the city is increasing rapidly, and the problem of the difficulty of parking in the city has become a topic of daily discussion and a difficult problem for us to face. The effective measure to solve these problems is the stereoscopic garage, which can make full use of the land resources to give play to its space advantage, can realize the automation operation, easy to use, and can be adapted to the local conditions. According to the needs of the geographical environment and user requirements to design a three-dimensional garage, coupled with beautiful shape, beautification of the urban environment. This paper describes the development of stereoscopic garage at home and abroad, expounds the research background and significance of this subject, through reading a large number of documents to understand the stereoscopic garage technology more deeply. A single-layer electric driven semi-underground villa front-through intelligent garage is developed. By determining the basic parameters of the garage, this paper completes the 3D modeling design, the mechanical analysis of the mechanism and the checking of the main parts of the intelligent garage in front of the semi-underground garage of the villa. In order to further ensure the security and stability of the intelligent garage, the ANSYS finite element simulation analysis of the vehicle loading platform and the shear fork frame of the garage is carried out in this paper. The results show that the structural strength of the garage meets the design requirements. In order to realize the human-computer interaction control of the intelligent garage, this paper developed a lifting control board by using a voice chip to develop the SolidWorks 3D design software by using the C # language to realize the parameterized design of the shear fork frame, and to realize the human-computer interaction control of the intelligent garage. Act as the control center of the lifting system.
