大型桥段船舶装运技术研究

【摘要】:随着全球经济一体化和国内建设事业的不断发展,能源、电力、海上平台等大型项目相继得到实施,国内大件运输市场也日益忙碌起来。作为国家建设事业的重要组成部分,这些大型构件能否快速、安全地运送到目的地,不仅对整个国民经济的发展产生重大影响,而且对国家大型工程项目和国防建设具有十分重要的战略意义。在运输这样的大型构件时,相关企业需要在科学分析装运可行的基础上,提出合理经济的运输方案。近些年来频频发生的海上事故,也促使人们更加关注大型构件水路运输过程中的安全性问题。本文以甲板驳船装运大型桥段为研究对象,对装运过程中涉及的相关技术问题进行了研究。考虑到运输桥段尺寸较大,在国内运输史上尚属首次,采用滚装的方式运用液压平板车将桥段运送到驳船上,并对桥段的装载方案及系固方案进行了深入研究。同时对装运桥段状态下的驳船稳性和强度进行了分析研究,从而保证了航行过程中的安全性,该研究具有重要的工程实用价值及一定的理论指导意义。本文主要的研究内容包括:(1)对实施大型桥段滚装上船涉及的技术工作进行了研究,这包括运输船舶的选取、潮位的选择、驳船的固定和调平。事实表明,选择合适的潮位进行滚装作业将大大地简化滚装过程中的调倾配载工作。同时将滚装过程分为四阶段进行论述,并结合调倾配载的工作原理,给出了滚装过程中调倾配载的具体实施方法。(2)对桥段在驳船上的放置方案及支撑胎架的结构形式进行了研究,在分析运输过程中桥段受力情况的基础上,结合大型结构物常见的系固方法,制定出一套合理且适用于该桥段的系固方案。同时结合相关规范对系固方案的安全性进行了校核分析。(3)对装载桥段状态下的驳船稳性进行了研究,分析总结了船宽、自由液面对船舶稳性的影响,并根据理论和实践提出了相关改善措施。运用静力学理论,分析了桥段在甲板上移动对驳船浮态和稳性的影响。运用Maxsurf软件对装载状态下的驳船稳性进行了计算分析,并结合IMO规范对稳性计算结果进行安全校核。(4)为了确保航行过程中船体强度满足要求,对驳船进行了全船有限元计算分析。合理的边界条件选取对计算结果至关重要,本文在处理边界条件时引入了惯性释放的思想,并对各工况下的船体各构件应力情况进行了计算分析。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of global economic integration and domestic construction, large projects such as energy, electricity and offshore platforms have been implemented, and the large transportation market in China is increasingly busy. As an important part of national construction, these large components can be quickly and safely transported to their destinations, not only for the whole nation. The development of the economy has a great influence, and has a very important strategic significance for the national large-scale engineering projects and national defense construction. In the transportation of such large components, the relevant enterprises need to put forward a reasonable and economical transportation scheme on the basis of scientific analysis of the feasible shipment. In this paper, we focus on the safety of large components in the process of water transportation. This paper takes the large bridge section of the deck barge as the research object, and studies the related technical problems involved in the process of shipment. Considering the large size of the transport bridge section, it is the first time in the history of domestic transportation. It is sent to the barge, and the loading scheme and fixing scheme of the bridge section are deeply studied. At the same time, the stability and strength of the barge under the state of the loading bridge are analyzed and studied, thus ensuring the safety in the course of navigation. The research has important practical value of Engineering and a definite theoretical guiding significance. The main research content of this paper is the main research content of this paper. Including: (1) research on the technical work involved in carrying on a large deck rolling ship, including the selection of the ship, the selection of tidal level, the fixing and leveling of the barge. The fact shows that the selection of suitable tidal level for rolling operation will greatly simplify the tilting load during the rolling process. Meanwhile, the rolling process will be divided into four stages. The concrete implementation method of tilting and stowage in rolling process is given. (2) the arrangement of the bridge section on the barge and the structure of the supporting frame are studied. On the basis of the analysis of the force situation of the bridge section in the transportation process, it is made out of the common method of the large structure. A set of reasonable and suitable system for the bridge section is used to check the safety of the system. (3) the stability of the barge under the loading bridge section is studied. The effect of the ship width, the free liquid on the stability of the ship is analyzed, and the relevant improvement measures are put forward according to the theory and practice. Static theory, the effect of bridge section moving on deck on the floatability and stability of barge was analyzed. The stability of barge under loading state was calculated and analyzed with Maxsurf software, and the stability calculation was checked with IMO specification. (4) in order to ensure that the hull strength met the requirements during the voyage, the whole ship was carried out on the barge. The rational boundary condition selection is very important for the calculation results. In this paper, the idea of inertia release is introduced in the process of dealing with the boundary conditions, and the stress situation of each component of the hull under various working conditions is calculated and analyzed.
