多级应力重复蠕变恢复试验应用于沥青高温性能评价

【摘要】:选用8种不同种类的沥青材料,按照AASHTO TP70-13(2013)所规定的多级应力重复蠕变恢复试验(MSCR)进行了一系列试验。通过试验发现,在温度-Jnr双对数坐标下,沥青的不可恢复柔量与温度具有明显的线性关系,改性沥青与基质沥青相比表现出更为复杂的高温力学行为;另一方面,改性沥青的不可恢复柔量差Jnrdiff远大于基质沥青,按照AASHTO MP19-10(2013)中关于Jnrdiff不大于75%作为交通量等级划分指标对于某些改性沥青并不适用,该指标的应用值得商榷。
[Abstract]:Eight different kinds of asphalt materials were selected and a series of tests were carried out according to the multistage repeated stress creep recovery test (MSCR) stipulated by AASHTO TP70-13 / 2013. The experimental results show that the unrecoverable compliance of asphalt is linearly related to temperature under the double logarithmic coordinates of temperature, and the modified asphalt exhibits more complex mechanical behavior at high temperature than that of the base asphalt, on the other hand, the unrecoverable compliance of the modified asphalt is more complex than that of the base asphalt. The unrecoverable compliance difference (Jnrdiff) of modified asphalt is much larger than that of base asphalt. According to AASHTO MP19-10 / 2013, it is not suitable for some modified asphalt to use Jnrdiff less than 75% as traffic volume classification index. The application of this index is debatable.
