环渤海地区港口体系与其城市经济的偏移增长及重心耦合态势研究

【摘要】：环渤海地区作为我国经济发展的三大核心增长极之一,近年来地区港口发展迅猛,为港口城市经济发展提供了显著的辅助支撑。研究港口体系演化及其与港口城市发展的空间关联特征对于揭示环渤海地区港城互动发展具有重要意义。该文采用不均衡指数、偏移-分享模型及重心轨迹分析等方法,探讨了环渤海地区港口体系演化与港口城市经济发展的空间关联特征与耦合态势,结论如下:1)港口发展与城市经济建设总体上呈现明显的空间关联性,目前处于港口发展成熟期的大型港口(大连、青岛、天津等),与城市腹地经济发展基本形成良好的互动格局;处于生长期和发展期的中小港口与城市联系将更加紧密,但也存在某时期港口发展与城市经济建设发生一定的空间错位;2)整体而言,城市规模、港口规模指标不均衡指数均呈现下降;3)港口、城市总规模重心基本稳定在同一个区域内部,波动幅度相对较小;4)环渤海地区港口、城市总规模的偏移增长量在1998-2014年间始终保持正值,港口与腹地城市发展相对同步,港口是海港城市发展的重要支撑。
[Abstract]:As one of the three core growth poles of China's economic development, Bohai Rim region has developed rapidly in recent years, which has provided significant auxiliary support for the economic development of port cities. It is of great significance to study the evolution of port system and its spatial correlation with the development of port cities for revealing the interactive development of ports and cities around the Bohai Sea. In this paper, the spatial correlation characteristics and coupling situation between the evolution of port system and the economic development of port cities in Bohai Rim region are discussed by using disequilibrium index, migration-sharing model and barycenter trajectory analysis. The conclusion is as follows: (1) Port development and urban economic construction generally show a significant spatial correlation. At present, large ports (Dalian, Qingdao, Qingdao) are in the mature stage of port development. Tianjin and so on have basically formed a good interactive pattern with the economic development of the urban hinterland; small and medium-sized ports in the growing and developing period will be more closely connected with the city. But there is also a certain spatial dislocation between port development and urban economic construction in a certain period. The center of gravity of the city's total scale is basically stable in the same region, and the fluctuation is relatively small. The port around the Bohai Sea region, the offset increase of the total scale of the city has always been positive during the period of 1998-2014, and the port and the hinterland city development are relatively synchronous. The port is an important support for the development of the port city.
