岑溪大隧道二次衬砌结构安全性评价

【摘要】:随着国民经济的迅速发展,山区公路隧道建设规模得到了进一步扩大。然而,在建设规模扩大的同时,隧道衬砌质量问题很容易被忽视。一些隧道在投入运营不到几年时间,就已经达不到相应的服务功能,甚至某些隧道在修建完成后就出现各种衬砌质量问题。因此,通过对隧道工程进行客观、准确、及时的试验检测,可以对公路隧道整体质量有初步的认识,结合隧道所处围岩实际情况进行结构安全性分析可以对隧道质量情况做出进一步的评价,对提高隧道技术服务水平具有重要意义。本文以岑溪至水汶高速公路在建岑溪大隧道为依托工程,观察现场围岩开挖情况,并通过探地雷达对隧道已修建段的衬砌结构进行无损检测,对检测资料处理、解释、整理,得到隧道二次衬砌的厚度情况及二次衬砌与初期支护之间脱空的分布情况等。根据检测数据,对富水地段考虑围岩压力与水压力共同作用下,采用荷载—结构法利用有限元软件Ansys分析了二次衬砌的变形、受力及安全性。在一般地层中,仅考虑围岩压力作用,分析了检测范围内薄弱断面的安全性。通过本文的分析,结论简述如下:1.通过对隧道右线CK8+060~CK10+760、左线DK8+090~DK10+720范围二次衬砌的无损检测,分段的统计了二次衬砌的合格率和总体的质量合格情况,并列出了部分连续不合格地段的具体数据。2.依据检测情况,富水地层考虑衬砌结构在围岩压力及水压力作用时,分析了二次衬砌在Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ级围岩不同工况下的变形、受力及安全性,列出二次衬砌各部位的安全系数的分布。3.在一般地层中围岩压力作用下(即衬砌结构不受水压力作用),分析了Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ级围岩段中二次衬砌薄弱断面的安全性,列出二次衬砌不同部位的安全系数分布情况。最后,根据对二次衬砌的分析情况,提出了相应建议以期提高结构的耐久性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of national economy, the scale of highway tunnel construction in mountainous area has been further expanded. However, the quality of tunnel lining is easy to be ignored while the construction scale is enlarged. In less than a few years of operation, some tunnels have not reached the corresponding service function, and even some tunnels have all kinds of lining quality problems after the completion of construction. Therefore, through the objective, accurate and timely testing of the tunnel project, we can have a preliminary understanding of the overall quality of the highway tunnel. The structural safety analysis of the surrounding rock in which the tunnel is located can make a further evaluation of the tunnel quality, and it is of great significance to improve the technical service level of the tunnel. In this paper, based on the Cengxi to Shuiwen Expressway, the excavation of surrounding rock is observed, and the lining structure of the already built section of the tunnel is tested by ground penetrating radar, and the inspection data are processed, explained and sorted out. The thickness of the secondary lining and the distribution of the void between the secondary lining and the initial support are obtained. According to the test data, considering the interaction of surrounding rock pressure and water pressure, the deformation, force and safety of secondary lining are analyzed by using the finite element software Ansys. In general strata, the safety of weak sections in the detection range is analyzed only by considering the pressure of surrounding rock. Through the analysis of this paper, the conclusion is summarized as follows: 1. Through the nondestructive testing of the secondary lining in the range of CK8 060~CK10 760 on the right line and DK8 090~DK10 720 on the left line, the pass rate and the overall quality qualification of the secondary lining are counted, and the concrete data of some continuous unqualified sections are listed.
