基于电子海图的船舶交通流模拟研究

【摘要】:水路运输是交通运输系统的重要组成部分,随着经济的快速发展以及国际贸易的不断扩大,其在综合运输体系中的地位和作用日益凸显。国际货物运输的快速性、高效性要求使得船舶大型化、高速化成为不可阻挡的发展趋势,由此带来一系列问题:港口船舶交通量不断增大,船舶交通流的构成不断多样化,行为特征不断复杂化,船舶通航安全、通航效率和通航资源之间的矛盾日益突出。这些问题给经济带来巨大的损失的同时,逐渐成为限制运输事业发展的因素。港口是一个结构复杂、功能全面的随机服务系统,港口规模及服务效率直接影响着港口的服务水平。由于船舶到港、泊位服务时间的随机性以及港口服务的复杂性,港口船舶排队问题很难通过解析找到解决方法。采用系统模拟的方法对港口船舶交通流模拟,合理优化港口泊位锚地规模及船舶交通组织成为目前应用广泛的解决手段。本文在交通流统计的基础上,从系统的角度出发,对系统构成要素以及规则进行分析,运用排队论方法,建立M/M/N港口船舶交通流排队模型。船舶交通流模拟系统采用面向对象的程序设计思想,运用通用程序设计语言Visual C++作为编译语言,在电子海图平台上实现了对船舶在港口所有活动以及港口服务规律的可视化模拟。船舶交通流模拟系统对模拟中船舶及锚地的活动过程进行了详细记录,通过分析系统模拟中船舶交通流的行为特征以及港口泊位、锚地服务系统的服务水平,得出造成港口船舶排队等待的原因并由此对港口规模以及船舶交通组织的优化提出改进意见。
[Abstract]:Water transportation is an important part of the transportation system. With the rapid development of the economy and the continuous expansion of international trade, its status and role in the comprehensive transportation system is becoming increasingly prominent. The rapid and efficient requirements of international cargo transport make the ship large and high speed become an unstoppable trend of development, thus bringing it into an unstoppable trend. A series of problems: the traffic volume of the port is increasing, the composition of the ship traffic is constantly diversified, the behavior characteristics are constantly complicating, the ship's navigation is safe, the contradiction between the navigation efficiency and the navigable resources is becoming more and more prominent. These problems have brought huge losses to the economy and gradually become the factors that restrict the development of transportation. It is a random service system with complex structure and full function. The port size and service efficiency directly affect the service level of the port. Because of the randomness of the service time of the berth service and the complexity of the port service, it is difficult to find a solution to the port ship queuing problem by the method of system simulation. Ship traffic flow simulation, reasonable optimization of port berth anchorage scale and ship traffic organization have become a widely used solution. On the basis of traffic flow statistics, this paper analyzes the components and rules of the system from the point of view of the system, and establishes the M/M/N port traffic flow queuing model by queuing theory. The ship traffic flow simulation system adopts the object-oriented programming idea, and uses the general programming language Visual C++ as the compiler language, and realizes the visual simulation of the ship's all activities in the port and the port service law on the electronic chart platform. The ship traffic flow simulation system has the activity process of the ship and anchorage in the simulation. The detailed records are carried out. By analyzing the behavior characteristics of the ship traffic flow in the system simulation and the service level of the port berth and anchorage service system, the reasons for the queuing of the port ships are obtained and the improvement of the port size and the optimization of the ship traffic organization is put forward.
