成贵铁路贵州鸭池河特大桥主桥拱肋架设施工技术

【摘要】:成贵铁路贵州鸭池河特大桥主桥为主跨436m的中承式钢桁-混凝土结合拱桥,提篮式拱肋与铅垂面夹角为4.62°。针对该桥结构特点和桥址处地质条件,主拱肋采用分节段工厂制造,将单元件运至岸边预拼场内,在预拼场内组拼成节段,利用大型缆索吊机,采用扣挂法悬臂拼装。其中,主桥拱肋首节段利用塔吊进行散件拼装,散拼顺序为先下后上、先内后外;拱肋标准节段在弧形胎架上进行精确组拼,采用吊重480t、跨度460m的大型缆索吊机吊装,并利用斜拉扣挂系统进行辅助安装;合龙段采用连续观测、精确配切等技术进行合龙施工;拱肋外包混凝土采用"吊挂支架法"施工。该桥已顺利合龙,且合龙精度在±2mm内,满足设计要求。
[Abstract]:The main bridge of the Yazhi River Bridge of Chengdu-Guizhou Railway is a through steel truss concrete composite arch bridge with a main span of 436m. The angle between the basket arch rib and the vertical plane is 4.62 掳. In view of the structural characteristics of the bridge and the geological conditions at the bridge site, the main arch rib is manufactured by a segmental factory, and the single element is transported to the shore pre-patching yard, and the section is assembled in the pre-assembly field, and a large cable crane is used to assemble the cantilever. Among them, the first section of arch rib of main bridge is assembled by tower crane, the order of bulk assembly is first down, then up, first inside and then out; the standard section of arch rib is assembled precisely on the arc tire frame, and is hoisted by a large cable crane with a lifting weight of 480 t and a span of 460 m. The cable-stayed buckling and hanging system is used for auxiliary installation, the closure section is constructed by continuous observation and precise cutting and so on, and the concrete of arch rib is constructed by "hanging support method". The bridge has been closed smoothly, and the precision of closure is within 卤2mm, which meets the design requirements.
