沥青发泡装置的研究与应用

【摘要】:本文介绍了根据沥青发泡机理、泡沫沥青的特性及沥青发泡效果评价指标开发的沥青发泡装置的研究过程。该装置在经过自行开发的试验环境进行发泡试验后,应用在各型间歇式沥青混合料生产设备上。试验中积累的数据也能够用于指导沥青发泡装置在生产中的应用。通过对新开发的沥青发泡装置所进行的大量发泡试验,分析和总结了在试验工况下沥青发泡效果的各种影响因素,认为沥青种类、发泡设备本身参数、沥青温度、沥青压力、发泡水添加率、发泡水压、沥青发泡装置产能等是影响沥青发泡效果的主要因素。使用沥青发泡装置对国内沥青混合料生产工厂常用的几种沥青进行的发泡试验,除了从多个角度验证了沥青发泡装置的适用性以外,也反应出各种沥青所能够达到的发泡效果,这为沥青发泡装置的配套应用提供了数据参考。根据整体设备产能需求,为间歇式沥青混合料搅拌设备配置相应的沥青发泡装置;根据实际试验结果结合配置情况,以及国内相关的道路施工的管理规定、规范,为连续式沥青混合料生产设备使用冷拌工艺及间歇式沥青混合料生产设备使用温拌工艺生产沥青混合料及施工工艺提出了几种配置方案,经过实际的引用对比,得出使用该沥青发泡装置生产的泡沫沥青性能达到国家标准规定的指标要求,所生产的沥青混合料也符合国家标准要求,文章的最后对使用该设备所产生的经济效益做了一定的分析对比。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the research process of asphalt foaming device based on asphalt foaming mechanism, characteristics of foamed asphalt and evaluation index of asphalt foaming effect. After foaming test in a self-developed test environment, the device is applied to various kinds of batch asphalt mixture production equipment. The data accumulated in the test can also be used to guide the application of asphalt foaming equipment in production. Based on a large number of foaming tests carried out by the newly developed asphalt foaming plant, various factors affecting the effect of asphalt foaming under test conditions are analyzed and summarized. It is concluded that the types of asphalt, the parameters of foaming equipment, the temperature of asphalt, the pressure of asphalt, etc. The main factors affecting the foaming effect of asphalt are the addition rate of foaming water, the pressure of foaming water and the production capacity of asphalt foaming unit. The foaming test of several kinds of asphalt commonly used in domestic asphalt mixture production plants by using asphalt foaming device not only verifies the applicability of the asphalt foaming device from many angles, but also reflects the foaming effect that various kinds of asphalt can achieve. This provides a data reference for the application of asphalt foaming device. According to the production capacity demand of the whole equipment, the corresponding asphalt foaming device should be arranged for the batch asphalt mixture mixing equipment, according to the actual test results and the configuration situation, as well as the relevant road construction management regulations in China, the specifications, Several configuration schemes are put forward for the production of bituminous mixture by cold mixing process for continuous asphalt mixture production equipment and warm mixing process for intermittent asphalt mixture production equipment. It is concluded that the performance of the foamed asphalt produced by the asphalt foaming device meets the requirements of the national standard, and the asphalt mixture produced also meets the requirements of the national standard. At the end of the article, the economic benefit of using the equipment is analyzed and compared.
