跨成山大道简支系杆拱施工组织设计研究

【摘要】：施工组织设计作为指导工程实施全过程的技术、经济和组织等活动的综合性文件,是工程能有序、高效、科学合理地进行的保证。而在高速铁路工程建设中先进、经济合理的施工组织方案,是保证质量和安全、控制成本和工期的关键。因此施工组织设计的编制对工程的顺利完成并取得良好效益有举足轻重的作用。本论文以流水施工原理、网络计划技术、网络计划优化原理为基础,根据铁路施工组织设计的整体性原则、最优化原则及模型化原则,以及铁路施工组织设计编制的内容、方法和程序,并借鉴我国高速铁路施工组织设计的经验及成果,对青荣城际(青岛至荣成)铁路跨成山大道简支系杆拱工程的施工组织设计进行研究。论文对跨成山大道系简支杆拱工程项目的概况进行简要介绍,提出了该工程项目施工组织设计的主要内容。并针对跨成山大道简支系杆拱工程的具体工程特点,从科学、合理规划组织施工,优化资源配置的角度出发,分别对施工组织安排、施工平面布置、施工方案、资源配置方案和工程质量、安全、工期、环保保障措施等方面提出了具体实施方案。在跨成山大道简支系杆拱施工过程中起到了重要的指导作用。
[Abstract]:Construction organization design, as a comprehensive document to guide the technical, economic and organizational activities of the whole process of engineering implementation, is the guarantee of the orderly, efficient, scientific and reasonable carrying out of the project. In the construction of high speed railway, advanced and reasonable construction organization scheme is the key to guarantee quality and safety, control cost and time limit. Therefore, the compilation of construction organization design plays an important role in the smooth completion and good benefit of the project. This paper is based on the principles of flowing water construction, network planning technology and network planning optimization, according to the integrity principle, optimization principle and modeling principle of railway construction organization design, as well as the content of railway construction organization design. Methods and procedures, and drawing lessons from the experience and achievements of the construction organization design of high-speed railway in China, the construction organization design of the simply supported tied arch project of Qingrong Intercity (Qingdao to Rongcheng) railway across the Chengshan Road is studied. This paper briefly introduces the general situation of the project of the simple supported arch in the span mountain road system, and puts forward the main contents of the construction organization design of the project. In view of the specific engineering characteristics of the simply supported tied arch project of span mountain road, from the point of view of scientific, rational planning and organizing construction and optimizing the allocation of resources, the construction organization arrangement, construction plane arrangement and construction scheme are respectively discussed. Resource allocation and project quality, safety, duration, environmental protection measures and other aspects of the specific implementation plan. It plays an important guiding role in the construction process of simply supported tied arch.
