呼和浩特市公路货运枢纽布局研究

【摘要】：呼和浩特市地处内蒙古中部,具有优越的经济地理位置。随着经济社会的不断发展,公路货运业快速扩张,呼和浩特市的公路货运枢纽站场建设已明显表现出不足。目前,呼和浩特市站场分布散乱、管理混乱等现象严重,这一系列问题不仅影响周边交通秩序,还制约着呼和浩特市物流业、交通运输业乃至国民经济的发展。因此,进一步完善呼和浩特市公路货运枢纽布局,对促进呼和浩特市的社会经济发展具有重要的战略意义。通过收集、分析大量国内外公路货运枢纽研究资料,确定呼和浩特市公路货运枢纽布局为研究的主要内容。首先结合呼和浩特市经济社会发展状况、交通运输发展状况及公路货运枢纽适应性分析,阐述了目前公路货运站场布局存在的问题。然后通过分析呼和浩特市交通运输、社会经济和现代物流的发展状况以及公路货运枢纽市场的长远需求和功能定位,在引用历年统计数据的基础上,运用了统计学、管理学中常用的线性回归预测方法和灰色预测方法及两者组合预测法对呼和浩特市公路货运需求量进行预测,规划特征年货运枢纽作业量及分方向枢纽作业量。其次根据预测结果,借鉴国内为货运枢纽布局方法,并结合呼和浩特市实际情况,分析布局影响因素,提出货运枢纽布局方案。再利用目前常用货运枢纽布局评价方法—基于层次分析法确定权重的模糊综合评价方法对货运枢纽布局方案进行评价。最后从政府、企业在货运枢纽建设中职责、建设保证措施两个方面提出了保障呼和浩特市货运枢纽健康、有序发展的措施。呼和浩特公路货运枢纽布局研究主要采用定性和定量、理论与实证相结合的研究方法。研究目的是在充分利用呼和浩特市的地理优势和地方经济发展特点的基础上,通过布局规划呼和浩特市公路货运枢纽,促进呼和浩特市现代物流业的快速发展,也为呼和浩特市未来公路运输物流基础设施调整提供参考价值。
[Abstract]:Hohhot is located in the central part of Inner Mongolia, with superior economic geographical position. With the development of economy and society, the highway freight transportation industry is expanding rapidly, and the construction of the highway freight terminal yard in Hohhot is obviously insufficient. At present, the distribution of station and yard in Hohhot is disorderly and the management confusion is serious. This series of problems not only affect the traffic order around the city, but also restrict the development of logistics industry, transportation industry and even the national economy in Hohhot. Therefore, it is of great strategic significance to further improve the layout of highway freight hub in Hohhot city to promote the social and economic development of Hohhot city. Through collecting and analyzing a large number of domestic and international research data of highway freight hub, the main content of the study is to determine the layout of road freight hub in Hohhot. Based on the analysis of the economic and social development of Hohhot, the development of transportation and the adaptability of highway freight hub, the problems in the layout of highway freight terminal are expounded. Then, by analyzing the development of transportation, social economy and modern logistics in Hohhot, as well as the long-term demand and functional orientation of the road freight hub market, statistics is used on the basis of citing the statistical data of the past years. The linear regression forecasting method, grey forecasting method and combined forecasting method are commonly used in management to forecast the demand of highway freight transportation in Hohhot city. The planning features include the annual operation volume of freight hub and the operation quantity of sub-direction hub. Secondly, according to the forecast results, using the layout method of freight hub for reference and combining with the actual situation of Hohhot city, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of layout, and puts forward the layout scheme of freight hub. Then, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on AHP to determine the weight is used to evaluate the layout of freight hub. Finally, the paper puts forward the measures to ensure the healthy and orderly development of Huhhot freight hub from the government and enterprises' responsibility in the construction of freight hub and the construction guarantee measures. The research on the layout of Hohhot highway freight hub mainly adopts qualitative and quantitative, theoretical and empirical research methods. The purpose of this study is to promote the rapid development of modern logistics industry in Hohhot through layout and planning of highway freight hub on the basis of making full use of the geographical advantages of Hohhot and the characteristics of local economic development. It also provides reference value for the future adjustment of road transportation logistics infrastructure in Hohhot.
