基于层次分析及模糊综合评判的桥梁基桩施工质量评估方法研究

【摘要】:桥梁结构作为交通运输系统的重要组成部分,在经济和社会发展中发挥着重要作用。改革开放以来,我国桥梁的设计水平和建设规模得到空前发展,同时也出现了很多问题,如何提高我国桥梁的管理及养护水平便是其中的重点之一。在桥梁建设和运营过程中,结构受到环境中腐蚀性物质的侵蚀,车辆荷载、地震、人为因素等外部作用,以及混凝土、钢筋等组成材料性能的不断退化,导致结构在达到设计基准期之前便存在不同程度的功能性损伤及劣化。如果这些损伤无法得到良好的养护和维修,轻则引起桥梁使用寿命降低,重则导致桥梁垮塌失效,造成恶劣的社会影响。 因此,本文以桥梁结构的主要组成部件,即桩基础为研究对象,基于模糊层次分析方法,提出了用于桥梁状态评估的方法。开展的具体工作包括: (1)详细介绍了基于声波反射法的基桩纵向振动波动方程及缺陷检测基本原理;阐述了模糊层次分析计算过程,对层次分析法计算权重原理、模糊集合理论和模糊综合评判等计算方法进行了详细介绍。 (2)针对传统的钻孔取芯方法,基于实体工程阐述了该方法评价基桩施工质量的基本过程。在此基础上,,通过分析影响基桩施工质量的因素,建立了相应的评估指标体系。基于层次分析理论,计算得到了不同指标的权重。通过模糊综合评判,对基桩施工质量进行综合评定,通过工程实例验证了方法的有效性。 (3)基于工程实例分析了反射曲线特征参数计算过程,并结合特殊桩型,探讨了扩径桩、缩径桩、离析桩等典型桩基时域反射曲线;考虑到传统检测评定技术的不全面性和局限性,制订了基桩施工质量综合评估指标体系,基于层次分析法计算得到了各指标的权重值,提出了基于模糊层次分析法的基桩施工质量综合评估技术。通过对工程实例的验证性评估表明所提出方法的适用性。
[Abstract]:As an important part of transportation system, bridge structure plays an important role in economic and social development. Since the reform and opening up, the design level and construction scale of bridges in our country have been developed unprecedentedly. At the same time, many problems have emerged, among which how to improve the management and maintenance level of bridges is one of the key points. In the process of bridge construction and operation, the structure is corroded by corrosive substances in the environment, vehicle load, earthquake, artificial factors and other external effects, as well as the continuous degradation of the performance of concrete, steel and other components. The structure has different degrees of functional damage and deterioration before reaching the design reference period. If the damage can not be maintained and maintained well, the light will lead to the reduction of the bridge's service life, and the heavy damage will lead to the bridge collapse and failure, resulting in bad social impact. Therefore, in this paper, the main component of bridge structure, that is, pile foundation, is taken as the research object. Based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP), a method for bridge state evaluation is proposed. Specific work carried out included: In this paper, the wave equation of longitudinal vibration and the basic principle of defect detection based on acoustic reflection method are introduced in detail, and the calculation process of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP), the principle of calculating weight of AHP (Analytic hierarchy process), The calculation methods such as fuzzy set theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are introduced in detail. 2) aiming at the traditional drilling and coring method, the basic process of evaluating the construction quality of foundation pile is expounded based on the solid engineering. On this basis, through analyzing the factors that affect the construction quality of foundation pile, the corresponding evaluation index system is established. Based on AHP theory, the weights of different indexes are calculated. Through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the construction quality of foundation pile is comprehensively evaluated, and the validity of the method is verified by an engineering example. (3) based on engineering examples, the calculation process of characteristic parameters of reflection curve is analyzed. Combined with special pile type, time-domain reflection curves of typical pile foundation, such as enlarged pile, reduced diameter pile and segregated pile, are discussed. Considering the imperfections and limitations of traditional inspection and evaluation technology, a comprehensive evaluation index system of foundation pile construction quality is established, and the weight value of each index is calculated based on AHP. The comprehensive evaluation technology of foundation pile construction quality based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is put forward. The applicability of the proposed method is demonstrated by the validation evaluation of engineering examples.
