基于表面能理论的沥青与集料黏附性能评价

【摘要】:为定量分析沥青与集料的黏附性能,运用表面自由能理论,采用插板法对2种基质沥青(A-70~#、B-70~#)的表面能参数进行测试,采用蒸汽吸附法对5种集料(石灰岩、玄武岩、花岗岩、石英砂岩、破碎砾石)的表面能参数进行测试,并进一步计算出沥青-集料组合分别在无水、有水状态下的结合能以及表面能匹配性指标,并用表面能匹配性指标来评价不同沥青-集料组合的黏附性能,通过改进的水煮法试验加以验证,同时建立二者之间的联系。结果表明:表面能匹配性指标与改进水煮法的沥青残留率指标评价结果一致,5种集料的黏附性能从大到小排序依次为玄武岩、石灰岩、花岗岩、石英砂岩、破碎砾石,验证了表面能评价体系的可靠性,说明表面能法可作为定量分析沥青与集料黏附性能的试验方法;对表面能匹配性指标与沥青残留率的结果进行分析,发现二者具有良好的正相关关系,并以黏附性等级4级对应的沥青残留率为临界值提出2种沥青的表面能匹配性评价指标的技术要求。
[Abstract]:In order to quantitatively analyze the adhesion properties of asphalt and aggregate, the surface energy parameters of two kinds of matrix bitumen (A-70 #B-70 #B-70) were measured by using the theory of surface free energy, and five kinds of aggregates (limestone, basalt, granite) were measured by steam adsorption method. The surface energy parameters of quartz sandstone and broken gravel) were tested, and the binding energy and surface energy matching indexes of bitumen aggregate combination in anhydrous and water-free state were further calculated. The adhesion properties of different bitumen aggregate combinations were evaluated by the surface energy matching index. The results were verified by the improved water boiling method and the relationship between the two was established at the same time. The results show that the surface energy matching index is consistent with the evaluation results of asphalt residue rate index of modified boiling method. The adhesion properties of five kinds of aggregates from large to small are basalt, limestone, granite, quartz sandstone, broken gravel, etc. The reliability of the surface energy evaluation system is verified, which indicates that the surface energy method can be used as a test method for quantitative analysis of the adhesion performance of asphalt to aggregate, and the results of surface energy matching index and asphalt residue rate are analyzed. It is found that there is a good positive correlation between them and the technical requirements for evaluating the surface energy matching performance of two kinds of bitumen are put forward with the bitumen residue rate corresponding to the adhesion grade 4 as the critical value.
