基于智能压实技术对填筑体路基压实度试验研究

【摘要】:连续与智能压实控制技术是压路机具与填筑体相互作用的一种质量监管装置,它由量测系统、振动压路机以及被压对象组成。结合卫星定位系统厘米级定位可以对接下来的施工路段进行压实度的控制,摸索可控参数对压实度的影响,实时准确定位其位置的CMV值,对该点位的CMV值与灌砂法得到的压实度值进行分析等。结合现场情况,不断完善连续与智能压实控制系统,以便于研究分析,提高工程质量,以及优化远程传输系统。为了研究智能压实技术对填筑体路基压实度,建立了以填筑体为离散体——“质量块~弹簧~阻尼”模型以及振动压路机响应信号处理模型——谐波比模型。以白洋淀大道作为试验场地,对在三种土路基材料下,运用MGYS-Ⅲ连续压实控制系统连续压实进行研究分析。对智能压实控制指标CMV与灌砂法得到的压实度值进行相关分析与回归分析。本文的主要研究内容与结论如下:(1)通过对高含水率填料压实度值、改变填料的均匀度与CMV连续图谱进行对比,以及路基压实薄弱对比反映了连续与智能压实系统能较全面的反映路基的填料和压实状况。(2)MGYS-Ⅲ系统结合卫星定位系统厘米级定位可以对接下来的施工路段进行压实度的控制,压实遍数的控制。(3)与常规检测方法结合起来,可以使常规检测的抽样控制变为关键(薄弱)区域控制,大量减少常规检测的数量,并且可以确认常规检测不合格点所处的范围。(4)无论是常规检测还是连续检测,都是对路基结构抵抗变形能力的某种度量。连续检测结果与常规检测结果之间在统计学意义上具有正相关关系。(5)由点的抽样检测转变为覆盖整个碾压面的全面监控与检测,现场可视化显示压实结果。
[Abstract]:Continuous and intelligent compaction control technology is a kind of quality supervision device which interacts with compactor and filling body. It is composed of measuring system vibratory roller and pressed object. Combined with the centimeter positioning of satellite positioning system, the compaction degree of the following construction sections can be controlled, the influence of controllable parameters on the compaction degree can be explored, and the CMV value of its position can be accurately located in real time. The CMV value of this point and the compaction value obtained by sand pouring method are analyzed. The continuous and intelligent compaction control system is continuously improved in order to facilitate the research and analysis, improve the engineering quality and optimize the remote transmission system. In order to study the compaction degree of embankment with intelligent compaction technology, the model of "mass block ~ spring damping" and the response signal processing model-harmonic ratio model of vibratory roller are established.
