高填方钢波纹管涵洞的成拱效应及结构内力计算方法研究

【摘要】:本文通过调研和收集国内外相关信息资料,在现有研究成果的基础上,采用室内理论模拟分析计算与现场试验相结合,对高填土钢波纹管涵洞的成拱效应进行研究,并根据钢波纹管涵洞的拱效应特点和受力情况,推导求解钢波纹管涵结构内力计算方法。其主要研究内容如下:1、结合国内外关于土拱效应的现有研究成果,对于公路工程中的波纹钢管涵洞,从理论方面分析高填方土拱效应的形成机理、成拱特点以及形成条件,并分析钢波纹管参数对土拱效应的影响。2、通过对单孔5米的钢波纹管涵洞进行室外现场试验,分析其在不同填土高度下的力学性能,得到钢波纹管管顶土压力的变化规律;利用室内有限元模拟计算,在不同填土高度下,对钢波纹管涵洞的管顶和管外竖向应力变化进行研究,并分析对比野外测试结果,进一步验证土拱效应。3、通过对波纹管涵洞的受力形式的分析,对比国内外关于钢波纹管涵洞设计计算方法,讨论其之间的差异性并分析产生差异的原因。在国内钢波纹管涵洞研究的基础上,结合本国实际情况,基于薄壳理论推导适合于自身钢波纹管涵结构内力计算的摄动解方法,并将其与室内有限元计算和野外测试结果进行对比分析。本文研究成果一方面有助于国内钢波纹管涵洞土拱效应的研究,解决了公路工程中应用钢波纹管涵洞所产生的技术难题;另一方面填补了国内关于薄壳钢波纹管涵洞结构内力计算摄动解的空白,为以后钢波纹管涵洞的研究和发展提供了一定的理论支撑,具有非常重要的理论意义和实际应用价值。
[Abstract]:In this paper, based on the existing research results, the arch effect of high fill steel corrugated pipe culvert is studied through investigation and collection of relevant information data at home and abroad, combined with theoretical analysis and calculation in laboratory and field test. According to the arch effect and stress of the corrugated steel pipe culvert, the calculation method of internal force of the steel corrugated pipe culvert structure is deduced. The main research contents are as follows: 1. Combined with the existing research results of soil arch effect at home and abroad, for corrugated steel pipe culverts in highway engineering, the formation mechanism, arch characteristics and forming conditions of high fill soil arch effect are analyzed theoretically. The influence of steel corrugated pipe parameters on soil arch effect is analyzed. Through the field test of steel corrugated pipe culvert with a single hole of 5 meters, the mechanical properties of steel corrugated pipe culvert at different filling heights are analyzed, and the variation law of soil pressure at the top of steel bellows pipe is obtained. In this paper, the vertical stress changes of steel bellows culvert under different filling heights are studied by using the indoor finite element simulation calculation, and the field test results are analyzed and compared. Through the analysis of the force form of corrugated pipe culvert, the design and calculation methods of steel corrugated pipe culvert at home and abroad are compared, the difference between them is discussed and the reasons for the difference are analyzed. On the basis of the research on the steel corrugated pipe culvert in China and the actual situation in our country, the perturbation solution method suitable for the internal force calculation of the steel corrugated pipe culvert structure is derived based on the thin shell theory. It is compared with the results of indoor finite element calculation and field test. On the one hand, the research results of this paper are helpful to the study of soil arch effect of steel corrugated pipe culvert in China, and solve the technical problems caused by the application of steel corrugated pipe culvert in highway engineering. On the other hand, it fills in the blank of the perturbation solution of the internal force calculation of the thin-shell steel corrugated pipe culvert in China, which provides a certain theoretical support for the research and development of the steel corrugated pipe culvert in the future, and has very important theoretical significance and practical application value.
