【摘要】:全断面岩石掘进机(简称TBM)是集机械、电子、液压、激光技术为一体的大型工厂化隧道施工作业系统。盘形滚刀是TBM的关键部件之一,其直接用于破岩,为易损件。介绍了盘形滚刀的基本情况。分析了滚刀的破岩机理,结果表明滚刀主要是通过剪切与压碎来进行破岩;通过在辽西北供水工程、西秦岭隧道工程、中天山隧道工程等工地的实践,研究了滚刀的失效形式以及多方面原因,其以正常磨损为主,兼有偏磨、漏油、刀圈断裂、挡圈脱落等非正常磨损,结合在越南上昆嵩引水项目实习经历,重点探究了该项目试掘进期间滚刀大量异常磨损原因。根据TBM施工现场数据研究刀具的消耗问题。影响刀具消耗的因素多种多样,进行刀具消耗预测时应综合考虑。分析了刀具磨损与刀具自身因素、地质因素、掘进参数等方面的关系,得到刀具消耗与刀位号的关系:刀位号越大则刀具消耗量也越大;根据中天山隧道工程统计数据拟合出百米耗刀量与石英含量的关系式,该公式可为类似工程提供参考;分析了刀具大量磨损前后刀盘扭矩与刀盘推力的变化:刀具磨损后刀盘扭矩有明显波动,刀盘推力呈上升趋势;介绍了几种主要的刀具消耗预测模型,并对基于TBM工作条件等级的刀具消耗预测公式进行改进,结果更符合预计耗刀率。比较了国内外主要的刀具磨损及失效检测方法,并介绍一种基于电涡流传感器新型滚刀磨损实时监测装置,重点介绍了掘进参数分析法,其利用刀盘扭矩与掘进速度的变化来判断刀具磨损情况,其原理是正确的,但缺乏广泛性、适用性,目前尚处于研究阶段。研究了刀具管理的内容,提出了刀具管理的流程,包括刀具测试、刀具使用、刀具检查与更换、刀具维修、数据的记录与整理、刀具的运转与存放。研究了刀具信息化管理的重要意义,利用C#语言与数据库SQL编写了刀具消耗统计软件,该软件具有按刀位号统计、按刀号统计、备品备件统计等功能,可以把施工现场大量纸质查刀文件转化为电子版存储。
[Abstract]:Full-section rock tunneling machine (TBM) is a large factory tunnel construction system which integrates mechanical, electronic, hydraulic and laser technology. Disc hob is one of the key parts of TBM. The basic situation of disc hob is introduced. The rock breaking mechanism of the hob is analyzed. The results show that the hob is mainly broken by shearing and crushing, and through the practice of the water supply project in northwest Liaoning, the west Qinling tunnel project, the Zhongtianshan tunnel project, etc. The failure form and various reasons of hob are studied. Its main wear is normal wear, and it also has abnormal wear, such as partial wear, oil leakage, cutter ring fracture, ring shedding, etc., combined with the practice experience of water diversion project in Upper Kunsong, Vietnam. The causes of abnormal wear of hobs during the trial excavation of the project are discussed in detail. Based on the data of TBM construction site, the problem of tool consumption is studied. There are a variety of factors affecting tool consumption, which should be taken into account when forecasting tool consumption. The relationship between tool wear and tool itself, geological factors and tunneling parameters is analyzed. The relationship between tool consumption and cutter position number is obtained: the larger the tool position number, the greater the tool consumption; According to the statistical data of Zhongtianshan Tunnel, the relationship between the quantity of 100 meters knife consumption and the content of quartz is fitted, and the formula can be used as a reference for similar projects. The variation of cutter head torque and head thrust before and after heavy wear is analyzed: the torque of cutter head has obvious fluctuation after tool wear, and the thrust of cutter head is on the rise, and several main forecasting models of tool consumption are introduced. The prediction formula of tool consumption based on TBM working condition grade is improved and the result is more in line with the predicted tool consumption rate. This paper compares the main methods of tool wear and failure detection at home and abroad, and introduces a new type of real time monitoring device of hob wear based on eddy current sensor, with emphasis on the analysis of tunneling parameters. The tool wear is judged by the change of cutter torque and tunneling speed. Its principle is correct, but it is lack of universality and applicability, so it is still in the research stage. The contents of tool management are studied, and the process of tool management is put forward, including tool testing, tool use, tool inspection and replacement, tool maintenance, data recording and finishing, and tool operation and storage. The important significance of tool information management is studied, and the tool consumption statistics software is compiled by using C # language and database SQL. The software has the functions of statistics by tool number, spare parts statistics, etc. Construction site can be a large number of paper knife files into electronic storage.
