内河航道可接受间隙理论模型改进及其应用

【摘要】：为更好地计算内河航道交叉口通过能力,提出空档率的概念,对可接受间隙理论模型进行改进,认为船舶尺度大、船头时距不能全部用于船舶穿越。总结平流区域避让规则,将T型交叉口各向交通流划分为3个等级,并考虑高等级流向的阻抗影响,给出基于优先权的T型交叉口各流向通过能力计算方法。以苏申内港线——申张线T型交叉口为例进行分析,结果表明通过能力随冲突交通量的增大成负指数规律减小,且当冲突交通量一定时,通过能力随速度呈缓-快-缓趋势增长,取穿越船平均航速(0.8倍设计速度)计算通过能力是合理的。
[Abstract]:In order to better calculate the passing capacity of intersections in inland waterways, the concept of gap ratio is put forward, and the theoretical model of acceptable clearance is improved. It is considered that the ship has a large scale and the bow time interval can not be used entirely for ship crossing. In this paper, the rules of avoiding advection region are summarized, and the traffic flow in each direction of T-type intersection is divided into three grades. Considering the influence of impedance of high-grade flow direction, the method of calculating the passing capacity of each direction of T-type intersection based on priority is presented. Taking the T type intersection of Sushenei-Shenhang Line as an example, the results show that the capacity of conflict decreases with the increase of conflict traffic, and when the conflict traffic is constant, It is reasonable to calculate the passing capacity by taking the average speed of the traversing ship at 0.8 times of the design speed.
