基于用户画像的智能车辆多层次共享系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：车辆共享系统是一种为解决城市污染、交通拥堵等问题提出的,为用户提供车辆共享和发布服务的技术方案。目前已经有很多的共享交通领域的研究与实践案例。浙江大学智能车辆研究中心研发了一种搭载了智能软硬件平台的智能电动车,可以实现驾驶数据采集、虚拟钥匙启动及关闭车辆等功能,为实现车辆共享提供了基础。本文提出一种基于用户画像的智能车辆多层次共享系统,并根据其特点进行了系统的设计与实现。本文研究内容主要概括为以下几个方面:(1)建立用户画像计算模型,通过对用户基础信息和动态驾驶信息的采集,对用户身份特质、行为偏好、驾驶技术、信用历史、驾驶行为5个维度的特点进行评分,从而描述用户画像。(2)提出基于用户画像的多层次共享模式,针对不同应用场景详细设计无站点式车辆租赁模式、基于权限管理的车辆分享模式和私有车辆分时共享模式,并提出系统的整体架构。(3)分析该共享系统的特点,针对车载软硬件平台、服务器和客户端需要解决的技术问题进行深入分析,并给出了详细的设计与实现。(4)设计仿真平台和真实环境下的实验,验证本文模型预测结果的准确率和计算效率,以及整个共享系统的有效性和可靠性,并提出了本文存在的不足之处和改进方向。
[Abstract]:Vehicle sharing system is a technical scheme to solve the problems of urban pollution and traffic congestion, and to provide users with vehicle sharing and publishing services. At present, there have been many cases of research and practice in the field of shared transportation. The Intelligent vehicle Research Center of Zhejiang University has developed an intelligent electric vehicle with intelligent hardware and software platform, which can realize the functions of driving data acquisition, virtual key startup and vehicle shutdown, which provides the basis for the realization of vehicle sharing. In this paper, a multi-level sharing system of intelligent vehicle based on user portrait is proposed, and the system is designed and implemented according to its characteristics. The research contents of this paper are summarized as follows: 1) establishing the model of user portrait calculation. Through collecting the basic information and dynamic driving information of the user, the author has a good understanding of the user's identity, behavior preference, driving technique, credit history, etc. The characteristics of five dimensions of driving behavior are graded to describe the user portrait. (2) A multi-level shared model based on user portrait is proposed, and a site-free vehicle rental model is designed in detail for different application scenarios. The vehicle sharing mode based on privilege management and the time-sharing mode of private vehicle are put forward, and the overall architecture of the system is put forward. The characteristics of the sharing system are analyzed, and the hardware and software platform of the vehicle is analyzed. The technical problems that need to be solved by the server and the client are analyzed in depth, and the detailed design and implementation of the simulation platform and the experiments in real environment are given to verify the accuracy and efficiency of the prediction results of the model in this paper. And the effectiveness and reliability of the whole shared system, and the shortcomings of this paper and the direction of improvement.
