基于移动互联网的高速公路公众信息服务系统分析与研究

【摘要】：随着我国经济社会的发展,人们出行活动的增加,公路建设的发展已经无法满足人们出行的需要,逐渐形成制约国民经济发展的瓶颈。如何在交通运输领域利用移动互联网技术、通信技术、电子技术等高新科技,为出行者提供出行信息服务,提高交通服务水平;如何利用现有智能终端设备进行交通信息的采集,增加交通信息源的多样性;如何进一步推动交通运输领域的信息化进程,缓解交通压力。这些问题已经成为交通管理部门所必须要思考的方向。本文通过对国内外高速公路公众信息服务系统进行比较、分析,研究了出行者对高速公路交通信息的需求、高速公路公众信息服务系统的结构框架、高速公路交通信息静态采集技术、高速公路交通信息动态采集技术、通过收费数据获取交通信息、高速公路公众信息处理技术、高速公路公众信息发布系统、高速公路公众信息网站,以及通过移动终端进行交通信息的发布和信息采集。并在此研究基础上,结合陕西省公路网、高速公路和出行信息服务系统的发展现状,提出来陕西省高速公路公众信息服务系统的进一步建设构想。通过研究表明,陕西省高速公路公众信息服务系统的进一步建设,应该针对现有系统缺少同一数据规范和质量评价体系、功能服务过少、发布手段不足、信息利用不足的问题。通过扩展建设高速公路公众信息服务网站,为出行者提供更多的功能服务;开发高速公路公众信息服务移动应用,为出行者提供随时随地的信息服务;通过移动终端进行交通信息采集,增加采集信息多源性和质量;利用大数据技术进行交通信息的处理,建成可以提供高质量、高智能的高速公路公众信息服务系统。
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's economy and society and the increase of people's travel activities, the development of highway construction has been unable to meet the needs of people's travel and gradually formed a bottleneck restricting the development of national economy. How to make use of high and new technology such as mobile Internet, communication technology, electronic technology in the field of transportation, to provide travel information service for travelers and improve the level of transportation service; How to use the existing intelligent terminal equipment to collect traffic information and increase the diversity of traffic information sources, and how to further promote the information process in the field of transportation and relieve traffic pressure. These problems have become the direction that traffic management departments must think about. Through the comparison and analysis of expressway public information service systems at home and abroad, this paper studies the needs of travelers for highway traffic information, and the structural framework of expressway public information service system. Expressway traffic information static collection technology, freeway traffic information dynamic collection technology, through toll data to obtain traffic information, highway public information processing technology, highway public information release system, Expressway public information website, and through the mobile terminal for the release of traffic information and information collection. On the basis of this research, combined with the current situation of highway network, expressway and travel information service system in Shaanxi Province, the further construction conception of public information service system of highway in Shaanxi Province is put forward. The research shows that the further construction of public information service system of highway in Shaanxi province should be aimed at the problems of lacking of the same data standard and quality evaluation system, too few function services, insufficient means of publishing and insufficient utilization of information in the existing system. Through the expansion of highway public information service website to provide more functional services for travelers, the development of highway public information services mobile applications, to provide travelers with anytime and anywhere information services; Through the mobile terminal to collect traffic information, to increase the multi-source and quality of the collection information, to use big data technology to process traffic information, can provide high quality, high intelligence highway public information service system.
