布敦岩沥青及其混合料性能研究

【摘要】:随着经济的快速发展,交通流量日益增加,车辆轴载日益加重,路面的使用性能越来越受到关注。为提高路面的路用性能,延长路面使用寿命,改性沥青发挥着极其重要的作用,目前常用的多为以SBS为代表的聚合物改性剂。但研究表明,聚合物改性沥青制备成本高,改性工艺复杂,与基质沥青融合较差,使用十分不便,从而限制了它的广泛的应用。产自印度尼西亚的布敦岩沥青(Buton Rock Asphalt,BRA)作为一种不同于聚合物改性沥青的天然岩沥青改性剂,因其良好的路用性能、简便的加工工艺及合理的经济性开始广泛的出现在各路面工程中。针对这一问题,本文通过对国内外相关技术进行调研和总结,从布敦岩沥青材料性质、改性沥青混合料性能、施工工艺及经济社会效益等方面进行了研究。通过对布敦岩沥青的性质及沥青组分的分析,在理论上保证布敦岩沥青的路用性能。通过针入度、软化点、延度及旋转薄膜烘箱老化试验,得到布敦岩沥青的掺加对沥青材料感温性能、高温性能、低温性能和抗老化性能均有不同程度的改善,且性能提升程度与布敦岩沥青的合理掺量有很大关系。但由于布敦岩沥青中的矿物质颗粒对试验结果造成不利影响,还需要进一步参考布敦岩改性沥青混合料的试验结果。并在此基础上,选定布敦岩沥青掺量为25%,开展了布敦岩改性沥青混合料的配合比设计。通过对不同掺量的布敦岩改性沥青混合料路用性能研究的结果表明,掺入布敦岩沥青后,沥青混合料的各项指标均满足规范的相关要求,达到改性沥青混合料的标准,且其高温稳定性能、低温抗裂性能以及抗水损害性能有不同程度的改善,并综合得出布敦岩沥青的最佳掺量为25%。对布敦岩改性沥青混合料的施工工艺进行了研究,着重分析了混合料的生产工艺、运输摊铺及碾压流程和相关注意事项。最后,对布敦岩改性沥青混合料的经济性和社会效益进行了分析,表明布敦岩沥青能够改善路面的使用性能,提高路面服务水平,且符合节能环保的要求,具有良好的社会经济效益和推广应用前景。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the traffic flow is increasing day by day, the vehicle axle load is becoming more and more serious, and the pavement performance is paid more and more attention. In order to improve the pavement performance and prolong the pavement service life, modified asphalt plays an extremely important role. At present, most of the commonly used polymer modifiers are SBS. However, the study shows that polymer modified asphalt has high preparation cost, complex modification process, poor fusion with matrix asphalt, and is very inconvenient to use, which limits its wide application. Buton Rock AsphaltBRAs from Indonesia) as a natural rock asphalt modifier different from polymer modified asphalt, due to its good road performance, Simple processing technology and reasonable economy began to be widely used in pavement engineering. In view of this problem, through the investigation and summary of the related technology at home and abroad, this paper studies the properties of Budun rock asphalt material, the performance of modified asphalt mixture, the construction technology and the economic and social benefits. Based on the analysis of the properties and components of Budun bitumen, the road performance of Budun rock asphalt is guaranteed theoretically. Through the penetration, softening point, ductility and rotative film oven aging test, it is obtained that the addition of Budun rock asphalt has different degrees of improvement on the temperature sensing performance, high temperature performance, low temperature performance and aging resistance of the asphalt material. And the degree of performance improvement is related to the reasonable content of Budun bitumen. However, due to the adverse effect of mineral particles in Budun rock asphalt, further reference should be made to the test results of Budun rock modified asphalt mixture. On this basis, the mixture design of Budun rock modified asphalt mixture is carried out. The road performance of Budun rock modified asphalt mixture with different contents is studied. The results show that after adding Budun rock asphalt, each index of bituminous mixture meets the relevant requirements of the specification and reaches the standard of modified asphalt mixture. The properties of high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and water damage resistance are improved to some extent, and the optimum content of Budun rock asphalt is 25%. The construction technology of Budun rock modified asphalt mixture is studied, and the production process, transportation spreading and rolling process of the mixture are emphatically analyzed. Finally, the economic and social benefits of Budun rock modified asphalt mixture are analyzed. It is shown that Budun rock asphalt can improve pavement performance, improve pavement service level, and meet the requirements of energy saving and environmental protection. It has a good social and economic benefit and a prospect of popularization and application.
