山区滚石对桥墩的冲击及其防护加固研究

【摘要】:滚石是一种非常显著的自然灾害,它时常发生于雨季山区,危险性极高,在西部山区尤其频繁。伴随着我国西部大开发以来,西部地区经济水平不断发展,交通日益完善,高速公路、铁路以及桥梁也逐渐覆盖到更偏远的山区,桥梁的架设更成为不可替代的交通基础设施建设。然而山区滚石爆发突然,历时极短,运动快速,对桥梁尤其桥墩的破坏性无比巨大,因此对滚石冲击桥梁桥墩的动力响应作出分析是十分必不可少的。通过对桥墩受到滚石冲击后的各种动力性能的研究,从而探讨山区桥梁桥墩的防护与加固措施,使得桥墩能够更好的抵抗滚石的冲击,对桥梁的养护也具有一定的指导作用。结合国内外目前对山区滚石冲击桥墩的相关研究,本文着重分析桥墩受滚石冲击的力学行为和影响因素。首先介绍了山区滚石冲击桥墩的理论研究,再结合实际工程背景西部山区某简支梁桥,通过显式动力学分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA建立数值模型,比较分析不同初始动能的滚石冲击、桥墩的不同形式、墩柱混凝土不同的强度等级以及滚石多次冲击下桥墩所产生的动力响应,并研究了桥墩外敷泡沫铝材料、外包钢板和钢板-泡沫铝夹层结构加固时力学性能的变化情况,从而对桥墩的加固和防护提出相关建议。
[Abstract]:Rolling stone is a very obvious natural disaster, it often occurs in rainy season mountain area, the danger is very high, especially in western mountain area. With the great development of the western region of China, the economic level of the western region has been developing continuously, the traffic is improving day by day, the highway, the railway and the bridge also gradually cover the more remote mountainous area, The erection of bridges has become an irreplaceable transportation infrastructure construction. However, the sudden eruption of rolling stones in mountain areas is very short in duration and fast in motion, and it is extremely destructive to bridges, especially to bridge piers. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the dynamic response of rolling stones to bridge piers. Through the study of the dynamic performance of the pier after the impact of the rolling stone, the protection and reinforcement measures of the bridge pier in the mountain area are discussed, so that the pier can better resist the impact of the rolling stone, and it also has certain guiding role for the maintenance of the bridge. Combined with the current research on rolling stone impact pier at home and abroad, this paper mainly analyzes the mechanical behavior and influencing factors of the bridge pier subjected to rolling stone impact. This paper first introduces the theoretical study of rolling stone impact pier in mountainous area, and then, combining with the actual engineering background, a simple supported beam bridge in western mountainous area is built up a numerical model by explicit dynamic analysis software ANSYS- LS-DYNA to compare and analyze the rolling stone impact with different initial kinetic energy. Different forms of piers, different strength grades of concrete piers and dynamic responses of piers under rolling stone impact are studied. The change of mechanical properties of steel plate and steel sheet-foamed aluminum sandwich structure is discussed, and some suggestions on the reinforcement and protection of bridge pier are put forward.
