基于层位功能的重载沥青路面结构与材料一体化设计

【摘要】:我国90%的高速公路路面为沥青路面,在一般道路中,沥青路面也占有很大比重。就沥青路面的设计与研究而言,对材料的研究较多,主要包括马歇尔设计法、GTM设计法、Superpave设计法等面层混合料设计方法。近年来相继提出了长寿命、全寿命、针对材料的一体化设计理念,对重载沥青路面进行了针对性的研究,但其理论突破、方法手段的更新显见不足。本文结合沿海公路改建工程,综合考虑路面结构、材料、层位功能、一体化设计理论,通过实际调查、数值分析、材料性能试验研究,得出以下结论:通过交通量、轴载谱调查分析,确定了主要车型及轴载范围;针对重载交通,分析推导出了轴载换算系数,满足本工程轴载换算的需要。综合考虑路面结构的力学特性、材料性能,根据层位功能理论及早期破坏原因,以数值分析为手段,确定了各个路面结构层的受力分布规律及模量变化区间,并在此基础上,对面层材料进行了试验研究。最终针对实际工程提出了基于层位功能的高性能重载沥青路面结构与材料的一体化设计方案。
[Abstract]:In our country, 90% of the expressway pavement is asphalt pavement, asphalt pavement also occupies a large proportion in the general road. As far as the design and research of asphalt pavement is concerned, there are many researches on materials, including Marshall design method, GTM design method and Superpave design method. In recent years, long life and full life have been put forward one after another. Aiming at the concept of integrated design of materials, the research on heavy duty asphalt pavement has been carried out, but its theoretical breakthrough and the renewal of methods and means are obviously insufficient. Combined with the coastal highway reconstruction project, the paper synthetically considers the pavement structure, material, layer function, integrated design theory, through the actual investigation, numerical analysis, material performance test research, draw the following conclusion: through traffic volume, According to the investigation and analysis of axle load spectrum, the main vehicle type and the range of axle load are determined, and the conversion coefficient of axle load is deduced to meet the need of axle load conversion in this project. Considering the mechanical properties and material properties of pavement structure, according to the theory of layer function and the causes of early failure, and by means of numerical analysis, the law of stress distribution and the variation interval of modulus of each pavement structure layer are determined, and on this basis, An experimental study was carried out on the material of the opposite layer. Finally, an integrated design scheme of high performance and heavy duty asphalt pavement structure and materials based on layer function is put forward.
